This "Very Sexy" Cologne you guys are talking about is only available at Victoria's Secret? Also it is a guy's cologne right?

Very Sexy is cheap, and smells like Gap cologne (interestingly, the Gap used to be owned by Limited Brands, who does own VS).

I have that. It is very sweet like bubble gum cotton candy. I like how it projects, but up close it sticks in the back of my throat.

You guys realize the best way to judge whether or not a cologone matches your natural body scent is by whether or not you are getting CONSTANT (and I mean CONSTANT) compliments on it

    Re: Colognes?

I've ended up making out with a few girls that had approached me because of the cologne I wear which is called Legend by Mont Blanc. Obviously I had to game them a bit but made my night easier since they initiated the interaction

    Three simple thoughts:
    1) Most people can't afford high-end colognes. 90% of the people I know personally in the PUA community can not afford or have not invested (actually, anyone can afford since it's not that much) into a good cologne. Maybe they don't consider colognes important.

    2) A cologne must fit you. It's something you wear and which tells a lot about you, more than your clothes or your shades or even your haircut. So while there are good suggestions here, 90% will not fit you because you are not the kind of guy to wear that kind of cologne.

    3) Bvglari, Tommy H, Armani are brands with which is hard to fail generally.

Whatever the cologne, I think the most important thing is to use so very little that women have to get closer to you to really take in the aroma. If she can smell you from the other side of an elevator ... too much. for cologne that has a spray, I learned to spray the air in front of me, then walk quickly into it. That way, I get just a subtle dose. For non-sprays, one drop on a fingertip and touch it to each side of the neck should do it. Nothing says douchey like too much cologne on a man.

    Boutique:
    Creed Aventus
    Creed Green Irish Tweed
    Bond New Haarlem
    Bond Bleeker Street

    Everything Else:
    YSL La Nuit De L'Homme
    Givenchy Play Intense
    Chanel Platinum Egoiste

I could go on for a while. I may not be able to pick up the ladies incredibly well, but I know how/like to smell good.

I don't like the smell of colognes.. Its too strong so I normally just take dryer sheets and dab it lightly on myself.

Just what I do. I don't mind it when other people use it though haha.

If you use high quality soaps and shampoos that is all you need, and naturally keeps you from overdoing it. That's all I do and I get complements on how I smell from women (but only once they get really close). The main thing that separates these products from their cheaper supermarket cousins is that they are made using more expensive fragrances which smell classy and attractive. They don't really clean any better. LOL dryer sheets.

Yea man, try it, it work. It just gives off a pleasant smell that you don't really notice, kind of like you with soap.

And one box last for a looooong time.

I use soap & water + anything for bad breath that's all you need.
The more cologne you use the more needy you'll come across.
    While unwashed will repulse them.

Fall and winter are rolling along, so it's time to move away from the fresh, citric scents and use something with a little more woody and musky notes. My go-to is Gucci - Gucci Pour Homme II, but I'm really considering buying Hanae Mori - HiM as an alternate. Did a little survey when I was in LV the other weekend, sprayed some on my wrists and nonchalantly walked up to some of the beautiful women that were out and about in Caesars Palace to ask their opinion on the Hanae Mori. the reactions were nothing but praiseworthy.

Recognizing that different colognes smell different on diffrent men, it can be challenging to find the right cologne to suit you....but it's good to have some recommendations.

I have been using Burberry Brit and get a lot of compliments on it. Some other popular colognes do absolutely nothing for me.

I've tried testers of the all Creed colognes and although Green Irish Tweed gets written up a lot in the magazines as a 'panty dropper' it didn't smell great on me, while Creed Aventus on the other hand was excellent.

I'm going to have to check out that Burberry Touch as well.

Don't spend money on something until you get a test vial and try it out in the field or with a trusted female's advice.

From Paco Robanne its Black XS and One Million

The cologne I use when going out is tap water and soap, although too much of any cologne will back fire.
In other words let your pheromones, a happy disposition do the heavy lifting.
