Use the stock routines proven by master venusian artists. Check the Classic Writings (http://www.theattractionforums.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=6) section of the forum for LOADS of free goodies.
I'll admit, I'm not THAT interesting myself. I'm slowly building experiences... using the stock materials as training wheels. I've completely scrapped my own materials for the time being and focusing on resharpening my skills since I've been so focused on school for the past couple of months.
Yes, if you don't practice, you can forget them. God, jealous girlfriend came out of my mouth like a bad script on Saturday night. It was rather amusing. It was my worst night in a very long time.

I think as you progress it is also important to develop a persona for yourself. Something that is inherently interesting and gives you DHV immediately, are you are risk-taker, someone who travels around the world, an academic, an artist, etc....whatever it is, do not speak of it as it is your job, but rather who you are. Build DHV around that.
Also, you can build DHV through knowledge, for example, the make-up neg I came up with, provides you with DHV simply because you have some knowledge of make-up, but it is also used as a neg.
Are you wordly, a leader of men, etc....as Stallion and Hysteria mentioned, looked at some of the stock stuff, you will get the idea.

I'm against using completely made up stories. Odds are the girl will call you on it, or at least percieve that something is up. Plus if you end of having any sort of relationship, you have to keep up with the lies that you told before. Not a good way to start out.
The good news is you don't need stories (like saying you kicked some criminal's ass on the way to the gym after you fucked a playboy model). Instead just exaggerate everyday occurences. Get both of Dane Cook's CD's and you'll see what I'm talking about. He has a 3 minute bit on how when somebody turns around in your driveway, it makes you want to kill them for no reason... it's hilarious and so true. If you're giving yourself 15 minutes until some type of close... you don't need any long or elaborate stories, especially when you take into account all the other aspects of PU.
The DHV isn't in the story, it's in the way you tell it.
