So guys, when do you know that it is the right time to emote or not? How can you tell if what you are going to say is proper emoting or will just show you as weak? Or if you should joke about it to show you are confident? (this applies to various situations)

Emoting the positive feelings is good.

Emoting the negative ones (self pity, self doubt, etc) is bad.

anger, is that positive or negative hmm? what about when to get angry and when not to be angry?

sometimes anger can be ok but it has to be justified like if you have a new pair of shoes and someone scuffs em then you can be angry. lol i think you should be able to figure out for yourself when your angry or not but try to be more laid back.
