The commercial makes a great point, though. Regret is always worse than rejection.

That's pretty easy to agree with intellectually. The trick is to internalize that concept so that you default to it when those moments of doubt urge you to back out. (I'd love to say I'm all ears as to how, but I fear I already know the answer.)
