I'd rather you be more specific, but I'll give you some stuff to use.
Do's/don'ts
Photos:
-Having nice looking photos of you having fun with a group of people.
-Photos where you are the center of attention/doing something cool.
-Profile photo should show your face and look good as a thumbnail.
- Don't have pics that were obviously taken by yourself.
Profile:
-Imply (or state) that you are not taking online dating seriously.
- Mention your creative passions.
- paint a picture of your life that is interesting and FUN.
- Reason for trying should be non-creepy. Ie dislike clubs, travel a lot.
- Include 4-5 things that will "bait" girls into messaging YOU.
Message templates:
Here is one that works if you are a funny person.
"You're adorable, so adorable in fact that I've decided im going to adopt you as my new little sister. Don't worry, we'll spend all our time together climbing trees and drinking kool-aid. (Insert personalized comment that shows you read her profile). Actually you seem like a pretty cool person, I'd love to get together sometime and let you cook for me haha. Wait! You're not crazy are you?"
You're profile would need to reflect that you're the type of person that would send a message like that if you want the best results.
Time between messages/emails
Don't worry about this. Some sites let the user know if their message had been read or not yet so I usually read it, then write a reply an hour or so later depending on the girl. I've responded instantly though too so it really doesn't matter.

Besides what I already mentioned:
-Use emotionally descriptive language.
-Mention something you are passionate about and explain why.
-Include future adventure projections.
-Be hot/cold.
-Explain what you would do on the first date, make it fantastical.
My book will go over all of these things and include templates and examples, so sorry if I don't go into too much detail here, gotta save something. I'll still answer any specific questions.
For Canada, if you're in ON plentyoffish.com is good, as is meet me in TO dot com for Toronto. POF is pretty decent for all over Canada actually, its the largest free dating site.

I would like you to go as in depth as possible into what different types of women are after, and the best way to approach each one. For example there are many types of girl, such as..
Stunning blondes
Obvious models/glamour
Party girls
Girl next door
Older +30
Younger 18-21
Gothic/emo
Black
Asian
Obvious Christian/religious
You could create a certain email template for each of these types as i know from experience if you go too c&f on someone whos young they wont 'get it' or if you come across too much of a player, it will eliminate the Christian girls.
As for some quick advice here and now, i have pictures with me kissing girls and some with me with my arm round an ex etc etc, some taken in a club while some obviously taken indoors. Would it be wise to include say 1 picture of me kissing a girl and 1 picture with me with my arm round another, you know fo social proof/dhv? Or would it come across like im just trying to boast?

I'd like to see each phase thoroughly detailed, such as opening, e-mailing, phone, then meeting.
More specifically, with opening, how detailed, or non-detailed should this be? Should it just be a quick one-line hook? Or should you also include some stuff about yourself that isn't in your profile? Should you start qualifying her in your opening e-mail?
With e-mailing, how far should this go before you move into phone? The way I see it, the only thing you're doing here is mentioning stuff that isn't in your profile (and same with her). So what is a good balance for e-mail and for phone?
With phone, what are some good transitional statements into moving the conversation to phone? Also, does it matter if you leave your number? Or do you ask for hers? Does time of day matter when to call? Sinn mentions that he likes to call late at night so you're the last thing on her mind before she goes to bed, which makes a lot of sense, but does the same apply here?
Then, with meeting, do the same rules apply here as with a standard day 2? Just tell her you're going to be somewhere, then have her meet you there? Or have her drive to your house so it sets up an easier transition to have her come in when you guys return?

Cajun, can you elaborate on this one? What do you mean by reason for trying? That brings me to a question:
If a guy has many friends and girl friends, why would he be spending time on dating website?
If girl asks you "Why are you on dating website?" what are ways to re-frame that?
Examples of headlines would be much appreciated too. What could you put as your opening headline so that she would click on your profile.- Include 4-5 things that will "bait" girls into messaging YOU.
Message templates:

I am sure someone else has mentioned this, but it would help a lot of guys if you could explain how to number close or smoothly transition from online to IRL (In Real Life).
Most of us figure this out on our own, but we'd like to see your approach to this.
