Project Rockstar 2013 (Venture & Sterling)

I’m so glad I’ve had the privilege of being on Project Rockstar. I’ve never been involved in such a supportive brotherhood of like-minded high achievers, coached and mentored by the world’s best in game, lifestyle and fitness. Throughout the past 9 weeks, I’ve gone through bursts of feeling invincible, dips of frustration/ confusion and everything in between – it’s a rollercoaster and it’s not for everyone. However, for the type of people that Rockstar is suited to (guys who are driven, positive and cool to hang out with), this program launches you on a path to success like nothing else in this world.

    My Rockstar Experience

The competition for Rockstar is fierce. I honestly believed I was a solid candidate… When my application was rejected, it made me realize how crazy the competition really was. I pestered the instructors and then came to terms with the fact that 2013 was not going to be my year. I went about my 9-5 job but thankfully, the gods were with me and I was squeezed in as an intern – when I got this email from Venture I was so happy and I knew this opportunity would change my life.

    First Leg - Las Vegas

Vegas rocked, so much theory, practice and feedback. After that, it started to fall apart for me a little before coming back up (welcome to game), but in Vegas my game exploded. I had almost no approach anxiety, I was bantering like rapid-fire, hooking HOT girls, my conversations were deep and sexual and I was getting better and better. The 10-day bootcamp is incredible and Simplified Natural is the future of dating and pick up, I really hope Love Systems continues in this direction instead of the traditional stuff.

My idea of Rockstar was a 9- week version of a bootcamp (constant seminar, followed by in-field, followed by debrief), but after the ten-day, it was sink or swim – and that’s the real world, the instructors aren’t going to be around to hold our hands forever.

    Second Leg – Eastern Europe

Krakow was… tough. At the same time, soft seas don’t make strong sailors and I understand that. Dealing with the bitchiness and coldness of Polish women did make me stronger. After Krakow, I went to Dublin where my sub-coms were remarkably better than they had ever been and for a couple days I really brought the heat, leading to a same day lay in around an hour with a professional horse rider and hooking up with another girl a few days after.

After the Yacht Week, I joined forces again with the Rockstars in Croatia. At this point, I was a little upset about my progress because I wanted to be so much better than I was. I’m hard on myself with a lot of things, especially game, but our bonding week in Croatia brought everyone closer together and this elevated all of us to a new height.

    Third Leg - Sweden

There’s a reason Sweden is the third leg. We spent 3 weeks in Vegas going all out, hitting on hot girls from all over the planet, then we went to Eastern Europe and figured out how to deal with unusually high bitch shields. At this point of the trip, you take all of our strong approach habits, abilities to banter, sexualize, escalate and take advantage of the subtle signals given off by attracted women… throw that into the country that claims the sexiest blondes in the world and you get some epic, truly insane stories. Bathroom pulls, 5- minute pulls, gangbangs/ group sex, sex in public – we did it all.

This debrief was the most valuable element of Rockstar in my opinion. I was given truths that no one else ever had the stones to tell me and this helped me become such a better person, all of the guys also said such nice things to me. It completely broke me down and I cried for 20 minutes. All of these comments came from a genuine and sincere place that you will only find in an environment like Project Rockstar. Actually, I would say you would NEVER get this outside of Rockstar.

The friendships I formed on Rockstar are second to none… They rival friendships back home that have taken years to shape. I can honestly say that I like each and every one of the guys on this program and would love to hang out with all of them post- rockstar (I’m actually moving out of my hometown and living with some of them… I will also actively stay in touch with the guys who don’t live so close). I feel lucky to recognize the possibilities of life, that there exists a top 1% of badass guys who quietly rock the world – they don’t brag, they’re not arrogant, just cool guys who know how to work hard, play hard and bang hot girls – that’s what I want.

It’s been very up and down, but I came out on top with such a level of personal growth and development that I see my old life as a speck in history, looking forward to a lifestyle that allows me to travel the world and have an enviable dating life with some of the greatest guys I’ve ever met – the Rockstars. This sort of lifestyle needs a sufficient income, and Rockstar gives you the tools to figure that out too.

I have countless stories from this trip… A girl lost her virginity to me, I had a same day lay in less than an hour, same night lays, day game lays, I banged a girl that I met on an airplane, I had sex in the same room as a couple of the guys who were banging their girls at the same time and I slept with some of the sweetest, most conservative and traditional girls that the old me would never have been able to seduce. Some of the guys like Dougie B, Ehren K and Sith C have way better stories involving strippers, limos, hotel balconies, bathroom pulls and all kinds of other stuff…

    Things to consider

The investment is high, but the value is there. I went well beyond my means to be here (it ended up being twice as expensive as I anticipated) and I don’t regret it. If money is an issue for you like it was for me, this is something important to consider. I opted out of things, missed meals and other things to save money. Having money as an issue will affect your experience but only slightly, you want to be able to contribute to group expenses for fun activities too.

This program changes lives, but it doesn’t turn you into a dating superstar like Braddock over 9 weeks. It puts you miles ahead of the game though, by putting you on an accelerated path with the most powerful network of high achieving individuals you can possibly have. Just don’t think you can show up and be given great game – it takes a lot of work. We overcame fear, we were forced out of our anxieties and pushed the boundaries of personal development, game and fitness surviving on an average of probably 5 hours sleep a night. If you expect anything, expect to work fucking hard… the results will come.

When I first met them, I was intimidated and coming in as an intern just made it worse (which was my issue). Later in the program, Venture talked about how when you see someone as so high-value, unless they’re super nice to you, you just interpret their reaction to you as arrogant – it’s a powerful social circle mastery concept. My impression of the instructors stemmed from an insecurity on my part that I’ve worked on and I’m glad to have gotten to know the instructors – they’re great guys. To all of you, thank you so much for this experience. My life will never be the same.

Behind a very masculine, dominant and sexual style of game is a hilarious and warm/ friendly guy. Sam's sense of humour is amazing, he’s a lot of fun to be around and he genuinely cares about the development of his students. His game is so strong it works everywhere – US, all over Europe, it’s always the same story “I told her she was beautiful, she melted and we fucked” – that’s Simplified Natural for you.

He has stellar game, I knew this already but seeing it with my own eyes increased my respect for him even more. He can break game down like no one else, in the most simplified way. His sub-communications teachings and debriefs helped my game more than anything I’ve ever done. He even brought his long- term girlfriend in to see the seminars too – that’s how proud he is of Simplified Natural, and I would be too.

He’s one of Love Systems’ best instructors. Out of all the instructors, I saw him constantly hook up with the hottest girls. He’s super fun to hang out with and makes a fantastic role model (he’s in phenomenal shape, runs a successful business and has world class game). He helped my inner game so much, he’s busy with his lifestyle but if you want inner game, I would try to book this guy.

The greatest example of high energy style game. Vybe’s mix of physical push-pull, sexualisation and an awesome vibe in general taught me so much about how far you can really take it with girls. Fast.

Dude, thank you so much for that day in Vegas with James T.

Darwin was one of my favourite instructors. In the short time I saw him in-field, he pulled a hottie into a limo from a day club, and he also picked up a bottle service girl from a prestigious club pretty quickly too. He seriously knows his stuff, he brings a unique warmth, maturity and genuine care for his students to his work, he’s also hilarious and a lot of fun to hang out with.

Stryker is so smooth. He knows this stuff inside out and anyone good enough to be invited to help out on Venture and Sterling’s programs is legit. Yet another instructor with so many other elements of his life in order, he’s hilarious and a great guy to analyze game with and give you accurate feedback during debriefs.

    Moving Forward

To everyone, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you all. Project Rockstar is easily the most amazing and incredible experience I’ve ever had in my life. I look forward to continuing our friendships long into the future.

Instructors, I can’t express enough thanks in words for the inspiration, guidance and direction I have been so lucky to get from you. I’m extremely grateful for your shared time and expertise and look forward to giving back to the community that helped me evolve from the insecure, frustrated guy I was before discovering any of this stuff into the man I feel so close to becoming as a result of this program.

Rockstars (and interns/ mentors – you guys are all Rockstars to me anyway), it’s been a fucking blast. You are some of the coolest, most down to earth guys I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have crazy stories with each and every one of you and I can’t wait to live with you/ catch up with you and replicate the insane fun we’ve been having together. Women come and go, the game we’ve developed gives us the luxury of not worrying about that anyway, but I feel a strong bond with all of you and we will always have this to keep us together.

You're reading this, so you are interested in improving yourself. That's enough that you should apply to Project Rockstar. It was the most incredible experience of my life. The best 9 weeks of my life, both in fun, and in improving myself, and my network of friends.

I'm a 30-something male. Prior to Rockstar, I had a lot of experience in clubs, but almost zero cold approach ability going into Project Rockstar. Pretty much every time I've ever had sex with a girl its been through social circle - warm approach and afterparties at my place. And not all of them were hot. That's changed 'cause of Project Rockstar.

Project Rockstar is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've changed more for the better in 9 weeks than many years of experience going out frequently has taught me. I can't recommend it enough. Its worth getting a 2nd job for and saving up for a year or two. Its an incredibly selective process, nearly 1000 applicants for 8 Rockstars. They're looking for high quality individuals, and people with potential for high quality, so don't let age (young or old) discourage you. Even if you have serious inner game issues, I suggest you apply anyways. Its absolutely worth quitting your job for for most people.

Bottom line: hooked up with more girls at cold approach than I ever thought possible, improved my confidence talking to even hot girls immensely, improved my confidence dealing with people, am able to relate to men and women more easily, sparked a warm passionate side of me that hadn't come out often previously, and made some friendships with top-rate people that will last probably a lifetime, and formed bonds with a few girls that will last hopefully years to come. It's been worth every penny, and worth the time away from work. Sex summary: 12 girls, including a threesome. Met 4-5 girls I'll meet again in the future.

The 12 weeks leading up to the program was an intense workout and diet program brought to you by Sports Food. It was life-changing. I dropped 15 pounds and got pretty cut. Can't thank Sports Food enough for this life altering experience. I know enough to continue the path towards high-achievement at fitness. To anyone who is considering Project Rockstar, I'd encourage them to start lifting ASAP to build muscle, as the program is great for cutting even in 12 weeks, but building muscle takes more time.

I remember in the opening discussion sharing our stories. I was decidedly nervous, and saw discrepancies in my subcomms compared to the instructors. My nervousness gradually improved over the program. There's so much social interaction its impossible not to improve dramatically. I came in wanting to be the best (its a value instilled in me by my dad), but what I realized over the course of the past 9 weeks that its about being the best I can be, not just better than other people.

The 3 weeks in Vegas were eye opening. From Venture's 1st night 30 minute pull to bang to passing her off to have a threesome with Sterling and his girl, I saw what tight game was capable of, even if I didn't understand it yet. The Vegas 10 day bootcamp lectures were eye-opening and very thorough. Its completely different from the normal game model I'd read about and learned over the past few years. You absolutely have to read the reviews of Sterling and Venture's 10 day bootcamps - this 10 day is integral to Project Rockstar. Learned I don't usually have much approach anxiety - really a helpful thing going in because its one fewer hurdle. As Sterling says, its both the most important, and the least important part of game. My own success externally was sex with a pretty Swede, and a threesome, but more than that was the internal successes I had - improved confidence, demolished approach anxiety, improved subcomms, a mindset that girls like sex just as much as guys, and have vivid imaginations and deep down will do anything you want them to if you are dominant to them and run good game. And started to get to know the instructors and several of the rockstars.

Next we spent 2 weeks in Krakow, Poland. Krakow is a cheap city, but the number of attractive girls there in the summer was low. Very few beautiful girls, and they tended to come out on Friday and Saturday only (though it was summer time and school wasn't in session). The girls also tended to blow you out and didn't speak English. Its was a learning lesson, and I learned just to push harder and get more numbers and approach more and go on more dates. I was able to develop a relationship with one girl over 4 dates who barely spoke English but our subcomms meshed well and she's really a sweet girl (with a super-sexy tiny body - really wish I could show you pics). Blew away my limiting belief that speaking the same language is necessary to seduction. I'll definitely see her again.

The most anticipated part of the trip for me, Yacht Week, was a little less fun than I was hoping for (though perhaps my expectations were too high - they were incredibly high) - in large part 'cause I got sick for a week. It was still great partying with the guys and the many groups of mostly-Australian girls. I realized that a core Navy-Seal group of friends really works well together at "game" and is just a lot of fun. Being well calibrated socially is something I still need to work on - you can never be too calibrated. As Sterling (whose ability to break down and improve your game is unparalleled imho) said, I have an on-off switch I need to make it into a dial. One of the best things Project Rockstar does for you is gets 15 or so guys to look at you, and be honest in their criticism of ways you can improve yourself. I learned I treat people like employees and come across as bragadocious. Its definitely something I'm working on. Never would have realized the extent of these flaws had I not done Project Rockstar. You need to come into it with an open mind and leave your feelings behind - they may be bruised, but will make you a better, more masculine man.

I was highly anticipating going to Stockholm - Venture and Sterling and Vici had said there are so many beautiful girls here, and its true. And they have cute accents. And are friendly. And speak English. And are sexually incredibly open-minded. And dirty. And good in bed. These are my kind of girls. Got over my limiting beliefs that I'm too old for some girls, that I don't get 15 minute pulls, and that girls with boyfriends are harder. In the last few days, I met the hottest girl I've ever had sex with, and she happens to fuck like a porn star. We formed a bubble very quickly, with early dominance spikes from me. She can't look away from me - its an incredible feeling. I've been seeing her 3 days in a row now as Rockstar draws to a close. As Sterling said, and I tend to agree with, my game has shot upwards dramatically, and she was a result of this. The cause is the leadership, inspiration, and teaching, of Sterling, Venture, Vici, and Vybe in particular, as well as all of the Rockstars and other instructors and former Rockstars. The Rockstars as a whole have been an inspiration - ridiculous stories that inspire me to go for my own and push the envelope and push boundaries and go after what I want. Wouldn't have had nearly as much success without them.

A few things I've noticed - my standards have improved dramatically, approach anxiety has been blown away, social circle game has improved as has calibration (going to keep working on developing that dial), and cold approach has improved tremendously. If you are selected, these things will happen to you. If you have inner game issues, those will be addressed and you will begin the path towards fixing them. If you have body language issues, those abilities will be dealt with too and you'll be on your way to being the best, most masculine, man, that you can be.

As a result of Project Rockstar, my future unborn children will be more attractive, more socially adjusted, more successful. Best 9 weeks I've ever spent.

    Project Rockstar 2013 Review:

It's been one-month since Project Rockstar ended. In retrospect, it doesn't feel like this summer was real in some ways. It was a mind-blowing experience, and getting readjusted back to reality has been a weird process.

I gave up basically everything to go on Project Rockstar. Two years before applying to Rockstar, I had sold my house in Minnesota and left for Vancouver to take a big promotion with the company I had been working for. I had gotten settled in Canada and had a "successful" life in most people's eyes. I did everything I was supposed to do...went to college, got a good job, got a promotion. I had been a good boy and was living a pretty good life. The problem was, I felt like it was a life I was living for someone else. I think Ashton Kutcher did a good job of summarizing what I'm trying to express at the end of his speech at the VMAs:

And I was reading Charles Ngo's blog last night, and this really resonated with me as well:

"We all have dreams and desires of what we want to be growing up, but we live in a system that’s designed to beat you down. You enter school as a kid and the next 15 years is dedicated to molding you to listen and obey. The people at the top don’t want a society of thinkers, they want worker bees that never question anything.

Once you get that new house, new car, and credit card bills, you’re now a slave to the system. People sell out their potential and dreams just so that they can keep up with the Jones. We only have one shot at life, why settle for being a hamster in a wheel?"

So when the corporation I worked for wouldn't give me a leave of absence, I had to make a decision to quit my $70,000+ job that came with a company car and expense account. On top of that, I had to sell just about everything I own since it would have been too expensive to ship back to the states. Now that you understand where I'm coming from, I can talk about the program...

The day I got accepted into Project Rockstar, I had about $1,500 in my bank account. The program costs $15,000 before living expenses. I was like, how the fuck am I going to pay for this? I figured out a way. So if you don't think you can't for financial reasons, you can make it happen if you are truly determined. I had to sell a lot of shit, but it makes you realize just how much stuff you don't need.

On the fitness side of things, the pre-training program got me into the best shape of my life. I was at 8% body fat going into the program, and was absolutely shredded. It took a lot of hard work, but now I know how to get back there. You should understand that it will consume just about your entire life if you are working a job as well. I was lucky in that I got to work from home, so I could go workout at slow times during the gym. All I was doing was working, going to the gym, and selling shit on craigslist.

As far as game goes...well, you can read the journals from this summer. Just about all of us got pretty damn good. I was certainly a hell of a lot better than I was going in. Most of the instruction comes in the 10-day bootcamp at the beginning of the program. The content they teach and the way they teach it is great. You are going to want to review your notes as often as possible throughout the program. After the 10-day, there isn't a ton of instruction outside of the debriefs or office hours that Vici would hold. If you are expecting detailed breakdowns of your interactions every night, you are going to be disappointed in the program. If you are looking for more insight into your game, the guys are around and will come watch you if they are not busy. After the 10-day, I would say the instruction is very informal. It is more like you are going out partying with your friends every night, which the instructors become. If you need to ask them for tips a long the way, they are there. They teach you the technical side of game...but you really have to take that knowledge and learn game yourself based on the information they give you. You have to put in the hard work every night, they are not going to hold your hand. Towards the end of the program, I started to feel like a different person, my game had gotten really good. I was hooking up with girls on beaches at nightclubs and in public bathrooms. I honestly started to feel like Hank Moody from Californication. My game really sky-rocketed the last 1/3 of the program. I hooked up with 6 girls the first 7 weeks of the program, and I hooked up with 6 more the last 2 weeks of the program. I was able to do this by plowing through the plateau and having the confidence this stuff works and I just need to ping and lead. Test and calibrate. You won't be disappointed in the results if you put in the hard work.

One of the reasons I felt comfortable quitting my job was because of the business side of the program. The first part of the program we learned from Jesse Krieger about his Lifestyle Entrepreneur program. He discusses how to setup an online business that gives you passive income to live the life you want to live. I liked a lot of his stuff and feel like one day I will create a business like that.

As far as finances are concerned, be prepared to spend a lot. The cost of the program itself was $15,000. I probably spent close to an additional $15,000 on top of that throughout the course of the summer. We were in Vegas for 21 nights and went out 6 days of the week. We got bottle service every night we went out. This would range from $80-$150 a night. It's not cheap, but I felt it was worth it. The other thing I would say, is be prepared for the program to cost slightly more than advertised...the $15,000 per person is a budget and budgets aren't perfect.

The only other thing that I wasn't prepared for in the program was the marketing work leading up to the start of Rockstar. We were required to leave lots of reviews for the supplements we were taking for our workouts on various websites. It wasn't a big deal, but it did take some time and I just wish I would have known about it beforehand. I felt it was a small price to pay considering what we had ahead of us for the summer.

The biggest thing you are going to get out of Project Rockstar is the connections with the people you meet. You're constantly around a group of 15-20 very successful people for 9 weeks. You learn from them, you build relationships, and you make future plans together.

All-in-all...Rockstar was well-worth it for me. It saved me from living a life that I didn't want. I made some amazing friends, had some great connections with beautiful women from all over the world, and discovered a life that I didn't think was possible.

    RIP Randy...Lemos for Life!

    Project Rockstar 2013

    What an incredible summer.

I haven’t had an experience like this… ever. I remember Braddock saying “nothing will boost a man’s self-esteem as much as getting laid by a hot girl.” So you can imagine how this group of Rockstars feel after having hooked up with literally dozens of women over the last nine weeks. I think all of us are high on life.

The one thing I hope all of you who are reading this take away is that change can happen. I was definitely not having the success with women that I wanted when I started this program, I knew there was more out there for me. A lot can happen in nine weeks though. Get some world class instruction, start associating with some badasses who get laid a lot, then go out and talk to hundreds of girls - you can’t help but improve your skill with women. You subconsciously start to take on some of those traits of the guys you’re around, and like the saying goes you become the average of the five people you spend the most time with.

I was lucky, I got to spend my summer with the amazing people involved with Project Rockstar.

Truthfully, I originally had wanted to be a part of Rockstar 2012 but was late with the application, so I made it my goal to get involved in the 2013 program. I prepared in a few ways – I made a vision board with the words “Project Rockstar 2013” boldly listed on the top of the board with pictures of beautiful women and I put it in a place where I would see it every day. I literally thought about Project Rockstar every day. I stayed in contact with the LS instructors I had taken bootcamps with, and offered value where I could. One of the instructors stayed at my house when he was doing a bootcamp in my city; later on he was happy to give me help with my application and recommend me to the Project Rockstar instructors. I owe a big thank you to all the instructors who helped me and gave me a recommendation, I’m extremely grateful for everything you guys did for me.

The pre-training was such a key component of the entire program. When it comes to picking up women – yes, looks matter! The great thing for guys is that achieving what is deemed as “good looking” is highly dependent on low bodyfat, good fashion, grooming, and hairstyle – all things that are controllable. The twelve week training program accounted for a huge portion of my success on this entire program. You can see in the pre-training thread that I’m overweight, pale, and chubby in my “before” photos. This was not helping me get good responses from girls I wanted to hook up with. Contrast that to my “after” photo, I look pretty ripped. When I got to Vegas I measured in right around 10% bodyfat. Girls who previously would have thought of me as the chubby dude standing in the corner now saw me as the fit guy who was approaching them. It makes a huge difference in how others see you. A number of girls commented on it (especially in Vegas) – “wow! you have an incredible body.” This is exactly what Vici said would happen if we followed the Sports Food Transformation Program, and it did.

The pre-training also helped build masculinity. In “Way of the Superior Man”, author David Deida explains that masculinity is built through austerity and challenge. In this case, the austerity came from our diet – eating a strict diet with virtually zero carbohydrates over the course of twelve weeks. We were so busy getting prepared for the summer that there was no time for TV or other daily comforts either; we sacrified a lot to do this. The challenge came from pushing ourselves to the limit every day in the gym. I ran 40-50 minutes every day for ninety days just to drop weight and get ripped. I lifted to failure five times per week. When we rolled into Vegas it was like a scene out of Fight Club, all of us were “carved out of wood.”

One of the other advantages of the pre-training was the amount of energy we had coming into the program. Rockstar is no joke; you’re forced to live on very little sleep for weeks on end. The high level of physical fitness we developed gave us the ability to bring the energy late into the night and still remain focused during the day.

The summer was incredible, what more can I say? It was everything I wanted, everything I expected, and more. Here we are now, in the fall of 2013, the program has finished, and more than anything else I miss having the group around. I’m lucky, I’ve been able to keep the ball rolling and I moved to Las Vegas with my boy Dougie B and two of the Rockstar interns, Bronco and Aladdin. One of the things Jesse Krieger said to us near the conclusion of the program was “make some decisions now.” In other words, get a plan going for post-Rockstar so you’ve got something to go to; be decisive and move your life forward in a positive direction.

There were a number of lessons I learned this summer. A big takeaway for me from Rockstar is that is that it is actually better to game girls without alcohol. In the past I would need a few drinks just to work up the courage to approach a girl, but not anymore. I was sober through the whole process and it definitely took my game to a higher level. It does take longer to warm up without alcohol, but I can still get to the same place after a few approaches. The instructors say that alcohol will keep your state at a certain level (your state won't drop as easy)... and if you do game all the time without alcohol, when you do drink it "supercharges" your game. It’s better to learn without alcohol for other reasons too - you remember what happened, there’s no hangover (important for gaming night after night), you can maintain your fitness, and you notice the more subtle signs that girls are giving you.

One of my discoveries from this program was that I’m an introvert. I didn’t understand the meaning of the word until Sterling broke it down for us. I always thought that it meant a person who was shy, but the actual definition is a person who is energized by being alone and whose energy is drained by being around other people. That’s me – I find interacting with people non-stop to be quite exhausting. Sometimes the guys would see me in the club and I wouldn’t be talking to any girls, not because of approach anxiety but because I just didn’t have the energy. It was bad in a way, but in effect it ended up being a filter for me - by the time we got to Sweden I was so sleep-deprived that I only wanted to talk to the hottest girls or else girls that I thought I might be able to pull without much effort lol.

My level of game fluctuates up and down, but on a way higher level than ever before. I know there were a few times when the other guys were like, “how does this guy get any chicks?” because it looked like I had no game or I just wasn’t doing many approaches. There were other times when the Superman cape was down and I was approaching tons of girls and everything I did was hitting. I need to say a thank you to the guys who gave me advice and encouragement when I was low on energy.

My social anxiety greatly decreased as a direct result of being part of this program. I’ve always had a fear of public speaking but by the end of the program I was freely addressing large groups, including our group and large groups of girls; and I felt completely confident doing it. Approach anxiety is always there to an extent, but after a few weeks on the program it was negligible, just something in the background that I barely even acknowledged.

My verbal game got tighter, and my banter got better. My vocal chords became stronger from speaking in loud clubs. Filler words like “umm” and “uhhh” disappeared from my vocabulary. I never ran out of things to say to a girl.

For those of you reading this, you can take it from me, Rockstar is the place for you to take your life to the next level. Your results will vary based on how much effort you put into the program, but I can tell you this – I had limited success with women prior to my training with these guys, and I fucked a bunch of young, attractive women over the nine week program, all of which I’ve been able to stay in touch with and have the possibility of seeing again. I’m 33 years old and the average age of the women I’m hooking up with is 23 - ten years younger than I am! Put your limiting beliefs aside guys, because Rockstar is the real deal, it’s the ultimate game changer.

Change can happen. I went from having zero success with women to having an abundance of options thanks to Sterling, Vici, and Venture. The mistake I think most guys make is that they expect change to happen quickly; a 3-day bootcamp can give you a taste of what meeting women is all about, but the reality is, if you’re serious about improving your life, Rockstar is the ticket.

“If we surround ourselves with people who are successful, who are forward-moving, who are positive, who are focused on producing results, who support us, it will challenge us to be more and do more and share more. If you can surround yourself with people who will never let you settle for less than you can be, you have the greatest gift that anyone can hope for." – A.R.

The Project Rockstar experience was incredible and something that I will cherish in my life forever. I faced my fears, leaned into my edge, pushed my limits, and experienced things I never thought possible for myself. I grew, I changed, and I developed as a person.

I owe a big thank you to everyone involved in the program this summer. You made it happen for me. Love you guys.

One final note – sadly, our driver passed away this fall, he was a good man. Always had a smile for me, always took the time to talk to me and the other guys.

I wish I could’ve spent more time with you brother. Rest easy.

    Project Rockstar 2013

As I'm writing this, I'm in in a Starbucks on the Las Vegas strip, working on a new business idea. Tomorrow I'm going to meet most of the 2013 Rockstars, and we're going to party like crazy again. If it hadn't been for Rockstar, at the same moment I would be probably stuck in a cubicle in a small city in France, doing a job that don't fulfill me with people that don't motivate me. Add to this that I now have to skills to date hot and genuinely great girls that I didn't even dream about having before, and you begin to understand the power of Project Rockstar.

I’m 28, got both French and Italian nationality and worked as an engineer for the last 4 years. Prior to Rockstar, I was your typical nice guy, offering women to buy them a drink, giving compliments etc.
I relied on my physical appearance to attract and kiss some women in clubs, but I lacked the necessary skills to move the interaction forward. I first made a bootcamp with Vercetti as an instructor, and I had a blast. In 3 days Vercetti managed to make me switch a lot of my beliefs about girls.

Then I applied for Rockstar at the beginning of February 2013, and at my great surprise I was selected. My boss agreed to give me two months of vacation for the summer, but in the end I decided to quit my job altogether. I felt nervous at first about quitting, but now as I think about it, it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. Rockstar made me realize that I was living my life at only 10% of my abilities.

The 3 months leading to Rockstar have been both the most stressful and the most insightful of my life. All the Rockstars were put on a grueling workout and diet program, and at the same time we were given exercises about conversations and banter. We had to record every calorie we ate, make photos of our bodies every week, and record our body statistics every day, to put them in tracker. The time commitment was huge, but it all gave us accountability, and helped us to do our best. In 12 weeks I managed to lose 12 pounds of fat while gaining another 10 pounds of muscle.

On the game side, Sterling and Venture teach a new curriculum called “simplified natural”, whose aim is to mimic the game of a “natural”, and get rid of the weird PUA jargon and canned lines. Most of the instruction was during the 10-day bootcamp that we did firsthand in Vegas. We learned a lot during those 10 days, much more than we could digest, that's why after Vegas the instruction was more informal, we had less feedback and spent our time practicing what we had learned. The instructors are great to hang around, and helped us tremendously by pushing us to approach girls, watching us while talking to them and winging us.

At the beginning I was held up by a huge inner game problem that prevented me to talk to hot girls, I just felt I didn't deserve them. Sterling and Venture motivated me and pushed me every night in the clubs to talk to hot girls, and at the end of the first leg in Vegas, I can say this inner game was improved by 200%. The growth was so fast that I couldn't recognize myself in the mirror. My game is not exactly at the point I would like it to be yet, but it's close and now I know what I need to work on to make it better, and it will probably be a never ending process. In addition to sleeping with hot girls during Rockstar, I've also met awesome girls, that I know I'm gonna keep in my life.

On the business side, I have been blown away by Jesse Krieger's Lifestyle Entrepreneur seminars. Jesse taught us how to build an online business that brings a passive income, while focusing in your passions. They were determining in my decision to not going back to my former job, and that's the way I'm following right now. That's something I would never had the balls to do before Rockstar, and after having hanged out with people that successfully made this leap, I'm totally confident that I will succeed on my own path.

The last day of Rockstar, we all gathered in a circle in the seminar room to exchange stories. We had to choose a Rockstar or instructor and tell a story that happened with him. I concentrated for 5 minutes to think about my favorites stories of the program, and I couldn't choose a definite one, there were too many, something crazy happened every night during those two months. We could write a 300-page book with the stories of everybody. The next day, we did the same kind of gathering where we discussed each other at length. It lasted for 6 hours and was really intense, when everybody talked I revived the whole two months in my mind. I realized how close I was to the guys and the positive effect they had on me during these two months...tears have been shed.

If Rockstar was a movie, it wouldn't be an erotic movie (despite the rough action every night, you can read the journals to have a taste of it), it would be a buddy movie. Hanging out with the Rockstars and the instructors for 9 weeks was definitely the best part of the program. We all supported each other in the difficult moments, everybody was a source of inspiration for the others. That's a big part of how we progressed continuously, by learning from each other. Venture said to us to take advantage of the last night to have fun with the boys and not to hit on girls because it will probably be the the last time where everyone of us is present in the same room. I felt kind of sad when I thought about it, but nothing lasts forever. I know that I will visit every one of them at one point in the near future. We all formed friendship bonds by having grown together.

    Life lessons I've learned:
Keep pushing no matter what. That's maybe the best lesson you acquire when gaming that makes you successful if you apply it to the other parts of your life. When I think about my past I cannot count all the good things that I've missed for a lack of balls to push.

The fear will be always there, with every new project that I will undertake. Dealing with fear is the only way to get what you want in life.

There's nothing more valuable in life than friends that will motivate, support you and never let you settle for anything. Nothing can replace this, no amount of money, status, or women. You can consider yourself lucky if you find maybe one friend this in your lifetime. I found more than 15 of them in two months.

Probably one of the biggest takeaways that I didn't know I would have at the end of Rockstar, is that I know myself much better than before. I know what I need to be happy in life, I know what type of girls I like and the ones I don't, I know my strengths and weaknesses, I know which countries are the ones where I can thrive, and the ones I need to avoid, I know what kind of people I need to surround myself with.

During our interview for Rockstar, Sterling told me that Rockstar will redefine what I thought I was able to do in life, and he was totally right. There's only one caveat I can think about: Your life expectations and standards will raise so much after Rockstar that for most of us, there's no coming back. You won't be able to come back to your old life, job or relationships without feeling unfulfilled. That's a sacrifice to make.

    Project Rockstar 2013

Rockstar has been a world shattering experience for me. There were so many things about me that I thought were solid, and yet after just a few days on the program, I discovered otherwise. But knowing the problem areas is just the beginning of the process. After that, unwinding your flaws falls on your own lap. You must push hard throughout the program to correct lifelong habits. The path is not an easy one, but the mini victories along the way serve as lovely bursts of fuel to keep the engine roaring.

I learned so many things about myself this summer. As I stated in previous posts, my main area of focus has been on improving my passive sub-communications. It’s such an interesting paradox; no one had pointed out these flaws to me, yet they have been readily apparent to everyone around me for the last 33 years. Sub-communications are the first thing that people perceive, and in some cases, they see them even when they are not interacting with you. What has been missing, however, was the expertise to identify those flaws coupled with the desire to correct them.

The summer has been chalk full of tips to improve myself from the inside out. Many of these methodologies and philosophies have been learned via lecture, yet others have been absorbed through osmosis from the highly successful mentors and instructors that have accompanied us on this journey. By processing the words of wisdom from all of our guides, we have been given a plethora of tools to chisel a new and improved version of ourselves. And at the end of the day, it has nothing to do with meeting women. This is not said in gest; I’m serious about this. This program is about course correction on a much grander scale. Of course our abilities in game have leaped, but it is a byproduct of a much more meaningful transformation. We have been shown the path to lead successful, happy, and fulfilling lives.

I’ve been thinking about my father a lot during the last two months. When I contemplate everything I have learned this summer and compare it against the example and advice provided by my father, I see some startling discrepancies. First, let’s begin with the good stuff: my father is an extremely caring and loving father. Moreover, he is very responsible from a financial standpoint and has provided me and my sister with a terrific life. But there are so many things that he has failed to acknowledge throughout his life which has caused great turmoil in our family. He has a hot temper and regularly raises his voice for the most mundane issues. I don’t care so much about this as an adult, but it deeply affected me as a child. Our house was filled with tension as heated verbal arguments were a regular occurrence between my parents. When I think back about his personality, about the way he was, and to a great extent, the way he still is now, he has failed to improve these deficiencies due to a childlike stubbornness. These flaws have been pointed out to him numerous times by me and my sister, but he always refused to engage in any sort of corrective behavior. On the flip side, he is notorious for doling out advice to everyone around him ad nauseum. When I was younger, it got to a point where I could not have a normal conversation with him because it would inevitably turn into a lecture on some beaten issue. This tendency, I believe, ties into his highly controlling nature and inability to let things run freely without his intervention. He’s constantly nervous, tense, and on the edge of a conflict with my mom. The arguments are certainly softer now as my parents are nearing their 70s, but they still occur during my short visits.

The reason why I even bring this up is because it lies at the core of molding a boy into a man. The key component is role models. There are many good things that I have absorbed from my father, but there have also been some missing building blocks. It’s like this program has stepped in to some extent as a surrogate father to supply the remaining pieces to the puzzle. And that’s how I view the Project Rockstar. It comes in, like a family member would, to push our limits so that we can soar to a higher altitude.

I want to say one thing that is absolutely sincere: I will put Project Rockstar up against any prestigious program in the world. Whether it's the Harvard MBA program, John Hopkins medicine, or Yale law, Rockstar is more valuable and life-changing than all of them combined. It gives you something that you can't find anywhere else.

The remainder of this post looks back at each leg of the journey and examines what was learned along the way. Different lessons were picked up in each city, and it only makes sense to jump through the memories in a linear fashion. Here we go:

    Las Vegas

The adventure kicked off in the city of Sin. This is where we first nervously gathered to meet everyone. As we greeted each other in the lobby, there was a sense that everyone’s defenses were up a bit. It’s always like that when you meet people for the first time. We jumped into the limo and headed to the Cosmo to meet the instructors. As Sterling, Vici, and Venture emerged from the elevator, it was a bit surreal to finally meet them. I remember thinking that this was the final indication that the program had begun.

As we went out the first few days, I thought my game was fairly solid. I was opening tons of girls, getting decent responses, and having a blast while doing it. I wasn’t getting any results beyond phone numbers, but I thought I was doing pretty well. Then came the crushing reality: my sub-communications were fucked. This was the first time I had even heard about sub-communications as a core tenet of game. I always thought I gave off a nice first impression, but to my surprise, that was not the case. The instructor trio gave me an honest dose of feedback and told me how to fix my issues. So began my quest to correct my flaws.

Vegas was an extremely fun yet stressful time. Our schedules were packed with lectures, meetings, workouts, and clubbing. On top of that, I was reviewing my notes while constantly focusing on my sub-communications (which was truly exhausting). I worked hard and played hard, and while my game was quite clunky at this point, it was certainly the most important part of my progression.

Krakow, a.k.a. the Gauntlet of Fire, was an “interesting” experience. At the time, we were all a bit disillusioned by the icy cold demeanor of girls at the nightclubs, but in retrospect, it was a formative experience to say the least. Let me begin by recounting the awesome parts.

Day game was brand new to me when I joined the program. We got a little practice in Vegas, but when I got to Krakow, I was still relatively inexperienced. We were thrown in the mix, walking around nearly four hours per day. To my surprise, despite my nerves, I ended up really enjoying it. It was fun in of itself, but it was also enlivening simply because I had surmounted one of my major fears with respect to game.

Even though night game was tough, I did meet the girl I banged when I was out at a club. She was really cute and a lot of fun, and I had a blast hanging out with her. It was such a fun experience to meet her, and super fun to rail the shit out of her.

Lastly, we completed two awesome adventures while in Krakow: skydiving and bungee jumping. We went through these amazing experiences with each other, and despite our fears, we pushed through. It was so much fun and a terrific eye opener. For me, bungee jumping was especially terrifying. I knew I was going to freak out when I reached the summit, so instead of thinking about all the fear, I was able to blot everything out and simply focus on the instructions being given. It was an enlightening moment and an overall wonderful memory.

Now, the night game was really tough. Even though we had some successes here and there, it was blowout central. We could barely get girls to talk to us, and on top of that, they would often make a slightly violent gesture in our direction. I almost stopped enjoying going out. I didn’t understand the value of this time until we left. It’s like running around with a cinder block on your back, and when it’s finally removed, you feel like you can fly. We definitely had some awesome times there, but we were ready to move on when our time was up.

    Yacht Week

This was perhaps the most highly anticipated portion of the summer. The Rockstar website described Yacht Week in an almost magical way. Yachts, parties, hot chicks… it sounded like a fairy tale. We were so amped up when we arrived in Croatia that the excitement was palpable.

I think that the actual experience varied amongst the Rockstars, but for me, it was awesome. I had a blast meeting everyone from all over the world, bonded more deeply with a bunch of the Rockstars, and banged several chicks. What more can you ask from an experience? I certainly had a breakthrough night at the final party. This is where I banged in the club and subsequently got a hand job from a different girl about a half hour later. It was an especially interesting experience because I began the night in somewhat of a low state. The reverberating message that keeps coming up over and over again throughout the summer is to get past your state. If it’s high, ride it. If it’s low, pump it up with action. Either way, it’s essentially a non-factor solely because it can be manipulated so easily.

On Yacht week, we tried to build deeper connections with people beyond simply trying to get laid. I think it worked decently well, but if we were to go again, we will have a much better idea on how to engineer the interactions to develop a strong social circle after a few days. For example, I would spend a much greater portion of the day going from boat to boat getting to know everyone. I thought I did this to a decent extent, but I would devote much more time and energy the second time around.

    Hvar (Rockstar Week)

The long awaited break in the program. I’ll freely admit that I did not believe I would be tired out by this point. I’ve had some pretty strenuous jobs and educational experiences, and I sincerely thought that I would still be full of energy at this point in the program. This was definitely not the case.

My mind and body were really beaten up by this point, and I did not understand to what extent until I first laid down in that comfy bed in our awesome apartment in Hvar. While we still went out a bunch that week, it was primarily a recharge period for me. I slept massive amounts and fed my body all sorts of awesome food. I met some cool girls and had some fun adventures, but the best times were during our pre-parties. All the boys would come over our place and just hang for a few hours before going out. It was so much fun, and many missing bonds were formed during these times.

In addition, the crowning event of the whole week was the ending barbecue for Philip B’s birthday. The food was amazing, the party was epic, and the concluding swim in the ocean was the perfect icing on the cake. We left Hvar with a strong sense of unity and a renewed vigor for the program.

This is the final leg. We have two days left in this awesome city, and while it has been a blast, it has been a bit disappointing for me personally. There are so many hot girls everywhere, and while I have hooked a lot of girls in set and nearly banged some, I have had a slightly difficult time closing the deal here. The instructors mentioned that they anticipated this because of the style of my game, so I guess there is little I can do. The advice I was given was to keep my game as is, primarily because altering it might jeopardize my success in other countries where interactions are more typical. Accordingly, I will keep plugging away with my current style and simply have fun during my last two nights out. It’s now less about closing and more about having a blast with the boys before we part ways.

    Closing Remarks

It has been a deeply emotional ride. I have learned so much about myself and am utterly grateful for the experience. To come full circle, I began this journey with great hesitancy and reluctance. I thought it would be a blast, but wasn’t sure if it was worth the cost of giving up my job. Now, after enlightenment, I find that hesitancy laughable. What I have gained from this program is not taught at any University in the entire world, and I will take this knowledge and experience and apply it to every facet of my life.

I must state explicitly that Rockstar is not a remedy for life. We all recognize that this is merely an on ramp. While great strides have been made, the real progress is yet to come. I know that I have all the building blocks I need to make the most out of my life; the key now will be follow through. The first step is figuring out if I’m going back to my new job as an attorney. I truly don’t want to, but I have a great deal of fear abandoning my steady income and previous lifestyle. If Rockstar has taught us anything, it is to expect fear and act in spite of it. This is what I aim to do henceforth, but I just need to figure out if the right play is to (1) start the job and leave after a year, (2) leave it altogether and pursue a business idea one my own, or (3) join a friend of mine abroad and help him promote his business.

I recognize that in two days, when the crew parts ways, we will go through some difficulty. I know that. It’s Friday, and the end is near. I have successfully ignored this reality all week, but it’s starting to affect me now. There are a few reasons why I don’t want to acknowledge the end. First, our awesome gang of sharks will no longer be united. It has been so much fun to be together every day, and to know that this particular co-existence is concluding is hard to swallow. Second, I have fear that my life will return to a sort of mundane and uneventful routine once Rockstar ends; an anticlimactic end to an epic adventure. I think I will persevere, eventually, and achieve the life I want. The question for me now is how to determine the optimal route. I am confident that clarity will be reached and my mission will be understood with time and contemplation.

That’s it from me… my story from beginning to end. I will remember this summer for the rest of my life.

Thanks for running the show. You're an incredible teacher and mentor. And you're a cool motherfucker who bangs playboy models. Not bad. Even though we're the same age, I look up to you as a mentor figure who has achieved a shit ton and reached a deep inner emotional stability. Not only are you an amazing role model, you have become an awesome friend post Rockstar. You are genuine, honest, and loyal as fuck.

You've inspired a lot of us with both your insights as well as your abilities. Watching you has been a blast, and hearing your story is an inspiration. Your inner game seminar has given me awesome tools that I continue to use to push myself forward every day. The mantras, the mindsets, and the lessons are things that spur me forward as I forge an entrepreneurial path post-law.

You've probably helped me the most with your analysis. You cut straight to the chase and tell us how it is. Your attitude and demeanor demands hard work and focus, and I love that intensity. You subtly push us to put forth our best effort, and that, to me, is the sign of a phenomenal teacher and leader. Now, as the program concludes, I feel like I have gotten to know you as a friend as well. From both perspectives, you're an awesome and impressive person.

This was the best goddamn summer of my life. I will remember it always.

When you talk about Project Rockstar, you are talking about a total life transformation. When i first saw the email regarding the program it read "friends for a life time", i was like, i am here for the skill and i don't care about any friends...etc Boy i was wrong. Immerse your self to the MOST successful people in the world namely doctor, lawyer, internet business owner...etc You spend with those boys day and night and develop a strong bond with each other. I left the rockstar after the 1st leg and they still remember me, they still said they are going to come see me... this is amazing brotherhood. Nothing make me more happier that after the entire PR2013 finish, a few rockstar start to live together and start their own online business... i mean rock star has change every one of us's life.

Game: besides the fact that the Game 3.0 is truelly amazing. and is, in my opinion, the best simplied natural game. result is consistant. This is not about i just got one laid with a pretty girl.. this is about I am SDL at consistant rate, this is about i am SNL at consistant rate. I wasn't at my prime during rockstar, but what rockstar is to give me alot more experience in day and night game.. so when i back home, at the current moment (which is maybe 3 month post PR 2013, my daygame is reaching PEAK level, consistant pulling. My night game still can improve... and i am still review my notes at the program.

    * a nice point about being on project rockstar is you will 100% get laid alot more during and post program. THAT is a guarantee

Lifestyle: brings in the BEST internet marketing guys in the world. and that is such an good opportunity. i mean we have student on the program work with and collaborate new online bussiness with the already-successful bussiness mentor!!

Fitness: Important element for you health always comes first

Venture: is the best game in the business, his is sizzling during the program SNL after SNL. He is so sizzling that some one need to pour some water on him cuz he is absoultely on fire during infield. And trust me, i been out with alot of other instructor but Venture, is the Lord of SNL due to his ability in sexualized interaction. Also his special gifted talent in text game (this is unlike any other text game on the market, this is revolutionary)

Sterling: Big Stronge Papa Panda yet gentle. Best known for his ability in breakdown game/concept. Best know for his relationship skill (and yes he did bring one of his girlfriend to us during the lecture, and she is a 10 very hot girl... in the old style, "trick" girl's system you don't want girl to know what you teaching, but Game 3.0 is about being a real masculine man and live a passionate live, so girls are welcome to sit through the program cuz there is no gimmick, no trick. His skill in warm and passion and relationship is actually what i love the most during the program as i am more a relationship type of person

Vici: work with me during some exercise (yes one thing good about the PR2013 and 10days BC is there is alot of usful drills that will alter your reality in game), very nice and genuius guy. His story was inspiration. When he told us his journey, it make me cried and reminded why i am here at project rockstar

Change your life now. Apply Project Rockstar. It's truely an amazing experience in you life. It's something will have a impact rest of your life. (like now i still focus on gain weight. I was 129 lb post rockstar yet i am 143 lb right now) you can see some lasting changes to all of us

    Project Rockstar Review

Saying that Rockstar changed my life sounds like a clichΘ, but that's exactly what happened. In many ways, these 9 weeks were the best of my life.

3 months prior to the kick-off, we were put into a challenging training program, with the goal of putting on muscle with cutting bodyfat. Working out has always been a important part of my life before, but I never did anything as hard as the Rockstar pre-training program. In addition to spending 6-7 hours at the gym every week, I had to check my diet carefully. My job is very demanding and I was eating out almost everyday, but for this program I had to ditch all the junk food and cook my own meals, which took me an additional 4-5 hours per week.
Between working, working out, and eating I barely had time to do other stuff. But the results were here: in 3 months I cut 8 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle. I was ripped to shreds, and everybody around me noticed my transformation and gave me compliments. I felt more masculine and I noticed that more women were checking me out on the street or in clubs. There's no coincidence fitness is so important in Rockstar. Being fit increases your success with girls on two levels: First, it makes you more confident, second, no matter what girls says, a strong male is more attractive.

    Las Vegas

I arrived in Vegas with a feeling of excitation mixed with nervousness. I've been in Vegas several times in the past years and I always had a good time there, but nothing could prepare me for what was going to happen in the next three weeks. I met everybody at the hotel the first day, and in the afternoon we all introduced ourselves to the others. Our main game instruction took place in the first 10 days. Venture and Sterling new simplified curriculum blew my mind. I learned more about game in the first 4 days than in the last 4 years. Needless to say, I took notice of a lot of errors I was making, and my game skyrocketed. At the end of the 3 weeks I was already really tired, but high on life.

The first night in Poland after Vegas was kind of rough, I had the feeling I lost all my game. In Poland, clubs are smaller, girls are less hot, most don't speak English, and they are generally less friendly and hard to approach. Being rejected by a 10 in Vegas is one thing, being rejected by a 6 that works as a cashier in a small Polish city is a whole other thing, and it can be discouraging. But that was a helpful lesson, by plowing through the bitch shields of girls we managed to be indifferent to rejection. We did mostly day game altogether. Game apart, Poland was the place were we grew tighter as a group and we helped each other to pick up girls, rather than being in competition. We did skydiving and bungee jumping, both were awesome experiences and taught us to act in spite of fear.

    Yacht Week

I was really looking forward yacht week but I left a little bit disappointed, I think it was overrated. On Yacht Week we were supposed to run a more ôsocial circleö approach of game, that is talking to guys as much as girls, making the most friends and not pulling girls on first night. In the end it didn't really work that way, time to make friends was limited and most people, including girls were wasted 24/7, which means that pulling on first night was not even easier but recommended, because you were not sure the girl was going to remember you the next morning. Moreover, we were many guys on a small boat so logistics were not in your favor. I didn't get any girl but I still had a great time partying with the guys.

    Hvar (Rockstar week)

Of all the Rockstar legs, Rockstar week was my favorite and the one where I have the best memories. The instructors left us after Yacht Week and our group landed on the beautiful island of Hvar, Croatia. We rented 3 homes at different locations on the island to accommodate the 12 of us. I had the privilege to be with Jennings A, Mike P and Noor H in the coolest place, an apartment in the city center. A good location helps you tremendously with the logistics, and that place had it all. After Yacht Week we were all planning to get some rest, but as the saying goes, the leopard cannot change his spots. We've been practicing game every night for one than one month, so it felt natural to continue doing it. Hvar has a really good nightlife, and the next day we were already going to a day club on the beach, hitting on girls. I pulled a girl every night that week, not to mention an Australian girl I pulled during the afternoon.

Sweden was kind of puzzling at first. The first night there felt like my first night in Poland, thought the clubs are bigger and the girls much hotter, I got the feeling I couldn't elicit attraction in girls. The next day Venture and Sterling explained us that we needed a different style of game. Swedish girls don't give you much, they have a very different sense of humor and are very flighty, so warm and passionate conversations don't hit well (Venture told us to imagine that there had a 15-year old mentality). It took me approximately one week to calibrate my game, during which I didn't pull, then I was under way. I banged a total of 3 girls the next week, included a girl I pulled in the bathroom of Berns nightclub. The last day of Rockstar, we all gathered in Venture's suite to recollect the awesome stories that happened all along the summer. It was a moving experience, I felt kind of sad that the summer was over and I was about to leave this awesome gang of scoundrels.

There's nothing in the world similar to project Rockstar. Even the most prestigious universities in the world cannot give you the amount of social skills, game and network we gained in only two months. My game has improved dramatically since the beginning, and I have now much higher standards than before. It's still not to the point where I would like it to be, but I can recognize my sticking points and I know exactly what I need to work on to reach my goals.
Among the most important things I got out from Rockstar are the friends. I became really close to some of the other guys, and we already planned to see each other again in the future.
Thanks you Venture, Sterling and Vici for the best summer of my life.

Rockstar applications officially opened on January 2013.

My application began 3 years earlier. I applied for rockstar 2010 but failed to make it past the second round. Since then, I always longed to be a part of something like this and always thought about how I could get in. But the circumstances were never right. There was always some kind of issue that stopped my from applying for the next two years.

My focus became my work. I was slaving away in my job with little time for myself until I got an e-mail from Love Systems in December 2012.

I realised that although circumstances still were not right, they would never be perfect. If there was ever a time, it was now. For the next few weeks I started brainstorming and prepping for potential questions that could be in the application and ways to separate myself form the crowd.

After several months I got accepted. I didn’t know what to think or feel. I was overcome with emotions and had to move the webcam away so that the instructors wouldn’t see me wiping the tears from my eyes. It was one of the greatest moments of my life.

Soon after the 12 week training started. I was and still am the skinniest Rockstar by far. The training and diets were brutal. The fact that I had never had free time before rockstar made things seriously hectic. I knew I couldn’t skip work and couldn’t skip the training. Instead I skipped sleep. I was pretty much destroyed for the next 12 weeks. It took its toll. I got insanely ripped – unfortunately due to my metabolism I didn’t gain the muscle I wanted. But, I know exactly what I have to do for my next 12 week destroyer. No cardio.

As the weeks counted down the whatsapp messages became more frequent. I was soon going to meet these guys who I would be living and travelling with for the next 9 weeks. I had no idea what to think.

Some of us travelled from LA to Vegas – it was an awesome roadtrip. Touched down in vegas and it took a while for all of us to meet. We were strangers but there was little awkwardness. We all knew each other’s drive and passion to get here. We had the same passion. We had an understanding.

The next 20 or so days were amazing. Truly amazing. I miss vegas. I often dream of it. I think about XS, strip clubs, Slot machines, daygaming after midnight (which is something you should never do if you listened to The J-Lin Express).

We did the 10 day bootcamp which rocked. It was awesome to get this in depth traning. It was also pretty tough to go out in field.

I didn’t feel very masculine being surrounded by big buff guys in tip top shape (I also suffered a really bad back injury from training that was too painful to ignore at times). I pushed on as much as I could. It was amazing to see some of the other guys and how they were chatting to girls (it was even more amazing to see how they tweaked their game over the coming weeks).

The first week was tough for me. I was coming across as too nice. Not threatening enough. So eventually I started pushing sexuality to its limits – just to find out exactly where that limit was. It started going well. I was finding a good balance. I found that for someone of my um, slenderness, I missed a certain element of ‘obvious masculinity’ so I had to overload it in other places. For me, I found that to be extra cheeky and overly sexual. More sexual and aggressive then some of the others.

Over the course of Vegas we went to EDC (which was fucking insane) EDC!!!!!!
I also hooked up with stripper who I am still in touch with and had some mind blowing stripper sex…

But by the end of Vegas I had formed some amazing relationships with the guys. I was starting to have bromances with a lot of them….

    What. A. Shit. Hole.

Guys, whoever picked Poland – wtf? That place did no good for me! At all. Nothing good came of it. Ok some good came of it.

We went skydiving and bungee jumping where I conquered my greatest fear of jumping out of a plane. The day we confirmed we were doing it messed me up. I spoke to a lot of the guys about how worried I was. I felt sick. It was tough sleeping cause I was genuinely terrified. But a lot of visualisation and breathing exercises and just a desire to overcome it saw me get on that plane and jump out with excitement. It was amazing. I will def do it again.

But not bungee jumping. Fuck that.

By the way – I got a lot of shit for my bungee jump not being the proper way 0 just gonna say Ehren K did the exact same thing. Just sayin yeah? Just sayin :-P

In regards to women, it was mainly Daygame. My pulls came from daygaming a hot ballet dancing mother on the street near our hotel and hooking up with her the next day.

Another daygame pull was with a girl who came to be known as ‘the anal virgin’.

Long story short, she had never done anything with a guy, was waiting for marriage to have sex. And I respected that…so I fucked her in the ass instead.

Don’t ask me how it happened. I just stuck it in and was surprised she let me keep it there….no that’s a joke. She just wanted to keep her hymen intact for marriage but wanted to get jiggy at the same time.

It was good…the problem was she seemed to think it was destiny we met. She hounded me to meet the next day. We did. She hounded me not to leave etc etc. BITCH IS STILL HOUNDING A BROTHA!!! I had to delete her from facebook only to get her texting me saying she was going to cause herself harm if she didn’t have me in her life. Not good. Anyway – moral of the story…always use a fake name so that she cannot find you on facebook when you leave.

    Yatch week

Yatch week was fun. Too many guys on one yatch though. Fuck me it was tough. But it was fun. Amazing experience. And we were growing closer as a unit. It was awesome to sail around. Some of the guys really blossomed here and smashed their limits when it came to game. Others didn’t do amazingly well (myself included).

    Week off

We spent this week in Hvar. The rockstars were split over 3 houses as there wasn’t one to fit us all.

I was with the beach house boys. And it was one of the best weeks ever. We grew so close. Truly like a family. We made a great team. No doubt we will be doing it again very soon when I come with you boys.

We gamed out on the streets most nights. It was fun.

We got high. Played charades. Got bitten my mosquitoes etc. got high some more. Watched this scene over and over (play from 23 seconds for the shark laugh)

The final leg. By now my mind had shifted from women to business. I was thinking more about post rockstar and was desperate to figure out a way to get some money in. Rockstar costed a lot more then I expected. Like a lot more. The tables alone were a fortune for people who had money limits.

I still daygamed and had a lot of fun. But by this point, women were not the point. Its been said before…by this point, all I wanted was to be with the boys. They were my family. We had gone from being strangers 7 weeks earlier to now being guys who knew more about each other then our friends back home. We knew when the other one was down. When they needed to talk seriously and when they needed a little light hearted comedy.

When it comes to bettering yourself as a person, there is no other group I would rather be around. You guys are inspirations to me. Some of you I don’t talk to as much. Some of you I talk to every other day. But all are regarded as my family. I love you guys and will no doubt keep in touch with all of you.

My focus right now is business. When one of the instructors talked about becoming truly obsessed I thought there was a bit of exaggeration. But im obsessed. Its becoming unhealthy. Everything else has fallen out of existence. I don’t go out at all so game has taken a hit. But it’s a sacrifice I am aware of.

Im thinking long term. Once I have money coming in and have laid the foundations, I’ll have the ability to travel more and work less. It will come. In time. I just need to stay focussed. I believe in myself and my capabilities. I know I will be successful in whatever I put my mind to – but I must have the same focus to see it through – that same focus I had to get on to rockstar. The same focus that was strengthened by being with such an amazing group of people.

To anyone who is looking to apply – know that it is not life changing. This is my opinion. It wont change your life. But it will give you the tools to do it yourself.

to everyone involved in rockstar – thanks for an amazing summer. I’m in touch with all of you so don’t need to sing your praises her.

We flew around the world, we lived like kings, partied like Rockstars. It’s a summer that will never return. But it’s a summer that I will never forget.

“For once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return.” Da Vinci

I have my eyes pointed to the sky. I can’t wait to fly with you guys again!

    Rockstars for life.

RIP Randy. A good man and a great soul. You’ll be missed.
