Thread: When does dating become a relationship??

Been seeing this girl for around 2 months now and she is over to mine later for a movie and some food. My question is, how do you know when you have moved from casually dating someone to the start of a relationship? I would rather not mention to her as it could backfire and also hands the reins over to her it, so just going to let things run there course and see where it goes.

I wouldn't suggest bringing it up at all, just let things naturally progress, she will bring it up soon if she wants it

yeah we have slept together and see each other most weekends and kiss and cuddle I suppose like a couple. I haven't had the "exclusive" chat with her and dont feel I want to as I feel its not needed as neither of us are seeing anyone else at the mo....well im 99.9% sure she isn't either. I guess its just a case of letting things naturally progress and kinda falling into a relationship without even knowing it. Hey....we could even be there now ha ha

Yea dude, seems as if you two are.. I'm no relationship expert but I don't see a need for you to mention it, she will mention or hint it to you if she feels like she wants a verbal commitment

Don't ever ever ask for a relationship. It comes off as needy. When she's ready she'll call you her boyfriend.
