GF moving in with a guy?

So my GF of 3 months is having a hard time finding an apartment. Her lease runs out at the end of june.. So her friends x has a house and needs a new roommate. She asked me if I would have a problem with this.. I brushed it off and said it would be weird and its up to her to make the decision.

Well, if she decided to do that I certainly would tell her to fuck off..But from her perspective I can see why this is a good deal for her.

But, on the other side I'm thinking of dropping her just for even considering moving into a house with one other guy.

I'm really not cool with her even having this thought..am I wrong?

You're overreacting. I've had girl roommates. The relationship becomes like brother and sister. Don't worry about it.

I probably am, but, I'm not around a hole lot during the week.. We spend all of our time on weekends and maybe for a few hours during the week...

Now shes gonna be spending a lot more time with this dude and his friends then with me..That cant sit well with anybody.

You would think someone who wants a LTR wouldn't even consider doing that. I mean the thought of a different girl moving in with me wouldn't even cross my mind.

I don't think its a big deal. It's pretty common to have a roommate of another gender, sometimes it brings a nice balance. Almost every situation of my friends that I recall, they didn't cross the sexual boundary. Think about it... you have to live with that person for the whole lease, you don't want to bang them and let it get weird.

Your GF will be confused if you snap about this because you "brushed it off" like it didn't bother you. Then you said you would "tell her to fuck off" if she goes through with it. Those are the wrong kinds of mixed signals in my opinion...

Yeah man, cool the fuck down bro, she's got to do something to solve her living situation right? The only way I would be worried about her moving in with a guy is if she had a sexual past with him or if it is known that they are flirting, etc... Like BigDuke said, it's more of a brother/sister relationship with.

Think about it, if you're smart, you need a roommate and it happens to be a female, it would be pretty stupid to fuck her, you don't mix sex with money. What I mean to say is, get to know the guy, if anything your gf could be a provider of other pussy for this guy by inviting her friends over.

Her moving in with a male roommate is not sole grounds for ending a relationship. Now, if you had proposed to move in with her (bad idea) or you know that she has plenty of other options and doesn't seem to have a reasonable justification to move in with this guy, I'd be concerned, and even then I would need to know more specifics.

Also, your overreaction seems to be a sign of a huge insecurity and lack of trust. Just keep those in check bro. Good luck and please keep us updated.

I wasn't even getting into the cheating thing..She wouldn't do that, nor would I waste my time worrying about it..

the thing that bugs me is this guy was dating my GF's friend. Broke up with my GF's friend who lived with him..Now he finds out my GF is looking for a place to live and he needs a roommate since he just broke up with his girl.

I wouldn't worry dude its not uncommon. Think about it. You may not trust him but if your g/f is loyal and won't cheat whats the diff of her getting her own place and not meeting guys when your not around? She'll probably tell you anything if it happens and that would be disrespecting her friend by fooling around with her ex they she got dumped by. Respect! Her friend also would be pissed off knowing he tried to get with her friend as well.

My friend and I lived with a girl roommate for a while. Nothing sexual ever happened in that house, even though we had been sexual with her before. When you are not in a relationship with someone and you live with them, they become almost repulsive to you on a sexual level. Needless to say her boyfriend would freak out about it, and it caused a lot of fuss about nothing.

Mr Unpopular coming thru, make way.

I have a friend that went to uni. He banged everything in sight. He banged his female room-mates. They're still friends now. I don't think the room-mates had boyfriends at the time, but I can't be sure. I understand your insecurity.

Even if they are 99% trustworthy, all it takes is the wrong mix of you not being there, alcohol, comfort, seduction, vaginal clenches and clitoral throbbing and no-one else to defrustrate her. I wouldn't be okay with it myself, but then again, you gotta appear alpha.

I would love to know if she would trust YOU with a loose-moraled HB10.

Cosigned. I would not be ok with it. And if something 'just happens' one night, odds are good she will never fess up.

You're in a tough spot. How alpha/beta/omega is this guy? If he's the type that couldn't get laid in a whorehouse with a stack of benjamins, then fine. But if he's got game, watch out.
