Urgent help needed, got cashier number, then txt very strange but need help...

ok guys i'll start from the start i guess lol...

For a year or more now i've been going the same supermarket (coles), mostly cause i live near it and easy to get too... over this time coles has had some pretty hotties which i've tried chatting up, and some i've even asked out, gotten turned down with some and others have liked me just on my looks alone...


Now recently i did something creative that is'nt that popular but i got the idea from Fast Seduction 101: Art of Pick-up and Seduction...

I wrote out a note to this one girl who i've been wanting to ask out for a long time lol, but every time i go see her i find it hard to talk normal cause there is never enough time... So i decided to write out this note, this note said..

Hey HB8 i know this is very cheesy, and i don't normally do this kinda of thing but i've been wanting to ask you out for a while now haha, but everytime we get a chance to talk, your either busy, or theres not enough time so i thought i'd try some thing different and hope to put a smile on your face..
It's me Gabbo from yesterday just so you remember, ( i asked her when she's working next so i could deliver this note). I was wondering if you'd be interested in tagging along with me on sunday night for a game of pool, or on wednesday i plan on going for a game of putt putt, if so send me a txt on XXXXXXX and i'll get back to you asap... Cya for now Gabbo... oo

Now with that note i went to the flower shop in the same building and asked if they could take this note and deliver it with a flower, i got her an Orange rose,instead of red because REd means you love the girl etc etc..

I did this today and was'nt expecting a txt for a few days, but its now 10:00 pm and here is the msg she send me...

I never knew that was your name firstly i just want to say, the flower was really nice, no one has done that for me before, i get where you are coming from, it's hard for me to chat at work dealing with all the customers and all... I've known you a bit now for a few years though, well not personally but you know what i mean, I'm really flattered, i really am. I mean it when i say that. But i'm have to say no to meeting up you. i think you should've asked here on how to go about getting her number, you could've perhaps had more positive results with a direct, but toned down approach lol.

Ok, difficult to chat, flirt and number close - could you have asked her for some advice on flowers? You might have been able to monopolise her a bit there? Just a thought. I agree that the flower probably came across as a bit toooo much - what has she done to earn it?

Some thoughts on the note:

But you could have put a different slant on it - how about saying that YOU are the one who's too busy? Just a thought...

I mean, get her into your world, but she might not like either? Why not "On sunday night I'm going to ... for a game of pool - if you'd like to have some fun, come along and join me" - i.e. you're already doing it, so she can either come with or not, you don't care.

"i'll get back to you asap... Cya for now Gabbo... oo" - ditch the first bit? What's with the "oo"?

Hope this helps, and again, well done for making the approach. I bet you must have been really nervous to do it, and it must be upsetting to have not met with the desired result, but it's a chance to learn, and at least you can say you had the balls to try.

hahaha thanks guys for all the help i'm still going to persue this girl as i think she just wants to get to know me first, so i'll send a txt back and see what happens, if nothing comes from it lesson learned...

oo ... hugs n kisses but with out the kisses i know that was bad, but still thoght it was worth a shot, at doing something bold.

I don't actually like asking girls out on dates so i always say things like hey i'm going on such n such you should tag along... Yes giving her 2 options were bad another fault and lesson learnd.. (i'm not going to get caught up as i'm not that worried, plenty of fish in the sea ))..

I could of sworn this girl likes me and still think that way, with all the IOI's i mean seriously with her waiving n smileing at me 80% of the time, and now with that txt msg she sent me about telling me she's been single for years now sadly etc etc i'm still going to give it a shot... I know this is a one itis thing, but my goal by the end of the year is to have at least 3 hb8 or higher as FBs so in a way it's not one itis but then again it is lol.

OK with the flower thing, the girl at the shop i talked to her about which to get and i said, i'm not a fan of red roses as that means you love the girl etc etc and i don't love her as i don't know her, so she suggested Orange rose, and i thought aweseme as Orange is my favorite colour...

It was just the one Flower not 2 or more it was just "ONE"...

You're overthinking this.

You don't need flowers or custom made t-shirts or fancy gambits or games to wow her into dating you. Have confidence in your self, open her, show her your an interesting guy and tell her that you two are going to hangout, and shes going to wear her cashier uniform because you think its cute.

It's that easy.
