    Approaching and other people stereotypes

    My first post:

I am an afc, I never had a girlfriend and never kissed a girl. I have read the MM and I already approach girls just to try to get rid of my AA(although is nowhere near gone). Because of a bet I made with a friend of mine I already approach one girl directly (hb8) and although I didn’t take it anywhere I realised that she really loved it. Maybe because I really showed confidence (didn’t hesitate, smiled, touch her shoulder etc…). And when I walked away she tried to continue the conversation.

But I am going to change it all.

Yesterday I tried to do the first day of the style life challenge: chit-chat with 5 strangers …. But I did it during the day …. It was easy (because I already done approaches) but it felt really weird.

Let me explain. All people I approached (except the last group) didn’t respond well, actually three of them thought I as going to robbed them.

I needed to get to a place in time and I running late and didn’t have neither a watch nor a self phone so I just asked a women for the time she answer with a keep no (I realised she thought I was gone robbed her) and started running way from me. “Well it’s a woman it is normal that she may be scared so I will ask a guy” and so I did, and he game me the exact same response. And I was pissed.

Ok, so here is the question do I look too intimidating during the day?

I am (not that big) 5’ 11” but weight 205 pounds (not fat) and have big arms I have long hair and always wear a black leather jacket. Although this is good during the night time (I once had an hb9 almost rubbing her ass on my nose). And my female friends say it looks good. But I think most strangers see me they stereotype me like I am one of those guys who does sex, drugs and rock & roll (I don’t even drink and at all).

Should I stop with this baby steps?
Should I be direct? (I already done it and I fells right)
Should I dress lighter during the day?
Should I only start daygame after I can do nightgame?

    Read this about you're AA
The Old Double A a problem for you?

Second : you do what whats right for you. Mystery in his VH1 show is that he had the guys learn 1 thing then apply it to the field that night, then next day teach something else then apply what they learned last nite and today tonight (ya dig?)

If you want just do what works for you man. Just have a good opener positive and such. If it seems like you're going to rob someone maybe you're body language is not very good and you're throwing out the wrong vibe. Do you body rock? do you play with you're fingers? do you look down at the floor? Do you smile too much? Think about what you do when you talk to someone.

    thank you kwik12.
Now that I think of it, there is one thing that probably sends the wrong vibe: I raise my finger to the same height as may face (like you do in school when we want to make a question) and start walking backwards if the person doesn't stop.

okay raising you're finger is like giving her the teacher authority.. usually when i make motions i try to keep my hands below my chest. Just try to control what you do, game and think about what you're doing as you speak, and when she speaks reflect on what she's saying and watch her body language and watch yours.

Make sure you use routines and stuff that works for you... cocky funny or "hey can I get a opinion on something" is not for everyone, use something that you like and that you can add to
