just meet up at Starbucks

So I drive out to the city this past Friday for an interview and after my interview I go to their computer room and check out my online dating site account to search for some women in the city to meet up with (might as well since I was there already). The first girl that replies back to my email is an HB 8 and basically we both quickly learn that we went to the same college, same year, and same career path, but weve never met. So after 30 min of chatting I tell her I gotta go soon so let's just meet up at Starbucks. She said she's going to shower first and she'll meet me there in 30 minutes. After we both get lost a few times looking for that certain Starbucks we finally sit down for coffee and converse . We have a lot of the same humor /interests and it is going great. I told her about my job hunt and she offered to send out my resume to her friends and stuff. I ran the Ring on fingers routine, Cube, sympathetic grandma story, and expressive face routine. I am having a bday party in a few weeks and at the end I invited her and she happily agreed to come with all her friends. She also requested that I let her know if I am ever in town again so we can meet up. Before I left I ran the Beauty is common routine and asked her what she has on the inside that would make me want to get to know her better. She said she'll think about it and get back to me on that. She also asked for my full name in order to request me as a facebook friend. But then she said, oh I dont know if I want to be FB friends with you because then you'll see who I am friends with that you know. I still gave it to her though. So two days go by and I don't get a friend request nor a call/text. So I text her on Sunday night and tell her I am still waiting for the response to that question (beauty is common.. inside?). She responds via text over a day later that she didn't realize that she was supposed to respond. So what does this all mean? Should I continue with this or has she lost interest and its over? What should I do next? How can this be salvaged? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

That text message was too serious.. Should have busted out a funnier opening text.. Check the phone / text sub forum, has some great one liners.. A funny one is "I miss you and wanna see you again, but this stupid zoo keeper won't let me in, can you escape?"

Wow, you ran a lot of routines on her for a first meet up, should have saved some for later. One maybe two but you kinda ran them all. I like the beauty is common thing but it may have been sort of a large hoop for her to jump through after knowing you for such a short time. Maybe she didn't answer because there was not enough attraction yet. Don't bug her about answering that one any more, she may have thought it was too forward or just not a hoop she is ready to jump through yet until she knows you longer.

Also, try non commital messages like, what's up? The key is to get her talking again without being try hard

Might not be able to salvage but worth a try, TL1 makes alot of good points.. Maybe too many routines but most likely that hoop was too big... It's a good idea to keep things as light as possible. The one thing that stands out is she said to "let her know next time your in town" so you should try that. Say your gonna be in her neighborhood, and see if she wants to tag along with you to go shopping or whatever. If she still doesn't respond, let it go.
