Too Much Shit To Read in Seduction Science

I'm new into all this Seduction Science stuff you guys pull. After lurking these forums for a few years and seeing that every other post is a recommendation to read (insert book title here) by (insert sex guru here), I decided to go for it and find some of these books.

Here's what I'm trying to get at: there're all these books on how to get girls, but how many of them actually work? I don't think I have the time or drive to read every bit of this. Am I missing something here? Are you actually supposed to read countless books of this stuff before you can actually get good at picking up chicks? Or is it best to just say "fuck the books" and go out and learn through trial and error?

Most people find the books are a good way to increase what you gain from trial and error.

The figure that gets thrown around is 20% reading, 80% field time, I think that's about right.

Picking what to read depends on your personality and sticking points (where the problems are). I would recommend reading magic bullets if you've got an analytical mind as a general introduction to the process. I found David DeAngelo's Double your Dating useful in getting over my boring (direct and rational) conversation. I found mystery method wasn't my thing and my mind isn't open enough for RSD . "The Game " was an interesting history lesson, but not hugely useful in terms of skills.

But bottom line is reading with less than one approach a week is likely to harm your game. So get approaching .

Most books are helpful if you wanna get deeper into this.
The best basic set up is Magic Bullets (as it's an instruction set, unlike most books) and maybe Routines Manual , as it helps you create your own routines. Other stuff is less needed.
