Thread: Sheriff Bootcamp - London, Feb 2009 (w/ 5.0, Soul & Keychain)

Ok so I won't spend too long on the logistical stuff. Its a seminar - its in a room - there are chairs around a table. I know 3,000 is no small amount of money and you guys want to know everything but Im going to concentrate on whats important.

The atmosphere is informal, the instructor is at the front but the atmosphere was relaxed - even though you had the feeling that there was a LOT of stuff to get through.

So the content...

Well the first thing to say is that the one thing the guys don't do is just repeat Magic Bullets . Yes, it helps to have read it - but you don't have to memorise everything in it.

And the point to make here is..no matter how much you've read beforehand - be prepared to take notes...

...a lot of 'em...

The material is presented in a really clear way. All the guys were really clear and it did help when a specialist in a field - e.g. Keychain for kino - took over for a while. I can imagine how much preparation it took the main speaker (Sheriff ) to teach for 3 days...As well as the main guys there there were extra trainers both in the class and in field - guys like Sam and Mark who were there to help us out.

You get the feeling that the material is trained in a really natural way. The trainers are guys who don't just know what they're talking about - they're guys who can get their point across.

So Friday night was the first infield night...

These are - quite honestly - stunning. Basically its like going into a club not just with the knowledge you learned from the day (as I admit, I take time to learn stuff) but with a trainer as a reference point - you learn stuff in field and you make mistakes as expected. Or I certainly did )

A quick point to make here - and any perspective students are free to listen or not as the case may be. Don't be tempted to drink to relieve your nerves. Just go out there and do what you can.

So come Saturday morning - the first debrief and more information, and I could feel the info slowly going in. Not just the Saturday stuff - but also from Friday !!

Im not quite sure what happened on Saturday evening. All I know is that I number closed, kino escalated, and kissed more in one night than any other night I can remember. Where the energy came from I don't know (didn't drink) why the knowledge suddenly appeared I don't remember. But I do know that Soul 's 30 minute training session beforehand - which was to cold-approach women in the street did wonders. These weren't just warm up sets in a club where the music could drown out any potential embarassment. This was approaching women on the street (while they were texting on phones !!) and just getting them to smile and utter a few words...(if I was lucky).

Again, Soul sat us down and ran through in detail my sticking points - his laid back style made it all easy to remember.

Sunday was another debrief, more physical demonstrations showing the subtle nuances that you just don't get when reading ANY book. Even after 2 days of note taking and 2 nights of clubbing - I felt that the material was presented in a way that was clear and concise and easy to understand and assimilate.

If you are thinking of taking this bootcamp , then do yourself a favour and take the step. It will not only change your life for a weekend - it will give YOU the opportunity to change it for a lot longer than that.

Where to start. I signed up for this bootcamp not having any idea of what to expect and I must admit… when I first stumbled upon the info about the bootcamp , I was at first sceptical- I mean how much can one weekend of training help? Well having taken the plunge, I needn’t have worried cos this is the best money I have spent in a long time

So let’s start with the seminar . Any nerves I had when I first went in there were soon eased- the instructors were warm and friendly and I was in the company of 8 other fantastic blokes, all in the same position as me- looking to improve their technique with women and to overcome approach anxiety .

The material was taught in a clear and concise manner, where all stages of meeting a woman to getting her into bed (for lack of a better phrase) was broken down. This wasn’t just theory that you may have read in pick- up books, nor was this a seminar teaching you a guide to cheesy chat up lines. This was the real deal, and I have to say it was almost like being taught exactly how a woman’s mind works!

The seminar was led by Sheriff who was super friendly, approachable and just seemed to understand exactly where we were coming from- he’s been where we were and you just got the feeling that if he can do it, I can do it. His seminars were so well organized and although there was so much for him to teach, he taught it in manageable chunks. Just make sure you come prepared to take lots and lots of notes! Steve and Keychain who were both terrific, were also at hand to chip in where necessary and to answer any questions we had. On Saturday and Sunday, the seminar seemed to go up a couple of notches, where we learned about day game , comfort and ultimately seduction . The stuff we were taught was incredible! You think you know this stuff but believe me, this is absolute Gold. When we went out in the evening, we now felt that we were armed with everything we needed to know

Now for the in- field. After we all had dinner where the students and teachers were able to bond and get to know each other better, we were split into groups of – 2 students per instructor which was an incredible ratio.

On Friday I was assigned to work with Soul , who I must honestly say, is one (if not the most) charming, friendly and charismatic person I have ever met. The guy is quite frankly incredible at pick- up. Just watching him work the club was amazing. On the first night he would start off by throwing me into sets, and telling me where to improve, and I found that as the night progressed, I got better and better. He was always ready to help, would give me lots and lots of help, and felt more like a friend than an instructor. By the end of the evening, I had number closed 3 times and had a mini orgy in the corner of the club with 2 hot blondes!

The Saturday in- field paired me up with 5.0 - a master in high- end club pick-up. We were taken to one of London’s most exclusive clubs, which was like an entirely different ball game in the world of pick- up. I admit, this is an environment where I don’t feel particularly comfortable trying to pick- up girls, and relies heavily on lovesystems .com/audio/vol-26-direct-game-soul -badboy -cortez" target="_blank" class="gal">direct game - very direct. Through the evening I found myself approaching women with direct openers that I would never have had the guts to use- stuff I always thought would result in a death stare or a slap. Suffice to say, I was proved wrong- Very wrong! 5.0 was always there to help and advise and was fantastic.

OK, I'm new to the community but feel compelled to say a few words about the London bootcamp I attended last weekend Feb 20-22. The instructors that I had the priveledge to learn from, Sherriff , Keychain & Soul exploded more than a few myths of the method behind the mad world of dating for the AFC. First off a huge thanks to Sherriff for a sublimely insightfull & entertaining seminar & for instilling the belief that I can get any girl I want - this dude is a f@****g high energy, walking encyclopaedia of knowledge on dating, awesome! Same for Keychain 's infield instruction & demo's which simultaneousely left me gawping in admiration & unwittingly improving my in-set skills, not to mention his observations on developing an approach habit. - lastly to Soul for his insights on day game , physical escalation and delicately pointing out that my qualification game was pants, & how to improve it. This isnt all - after the Seminar on the Sunday I had a drink with a fellow bootcamper & then decided to stay in London for another night before heading back up North - on the Tube that night I number closed a beautifull girl, who called me the next day - encouraged, I went shopping before my train back the following evening and number closed 3 other cute girls!! The whole experience has been the tipping point in my decision to move to London in the next week..something Ive pondered but done nothing about for a loooong time - for anyone who has reservations about taking abootcamp with these guys in London, set them aside now! It will change your life!

I would like to clarify what Pelican means by this! So it's the end of the night, everyone is tired but there's some energy left... I see these two girls who are slightly more tactile towards each other that most girls, and I think "That's a group of girls worth pulling."

I send Pelican in, and lo and behold they are two bisexual girls who end up alternating making out with him with making out with each other.

In fact, when I debriefed Pelican, he told me had his had on the inside of one of their legs. I told him he should have moved his hand up and things probably could have gone further. There's always learning...

Yeah absolutely loved the weekend, was so much fun and I'm so so glad that I took the plunge and went for it, had a great time. There is just so much to be learned - I'm still picking up stuff I'd forgotten from pages and pages of notes - and as Goldrush says the benefits last way beyond the bootcamp itself.

For me the seminar part seemed to just fly past, it felt like we had barely introduced ourselves to everyone on the Friday and then it was time for the first infield night. It really helped that the material was broken down in as clear and concise a way as possible as there was so much to take in. Sheriff genuinely cares about delivering the best seminar possible and the classroom time packed in pretty much as it could have, as well as being clear, well-organised and to the point.

Working with 5.0 the first night was a massive eye-opener, the way he worked the demo set was amazing and he just had an unreal knowledge of the energy and dynamics of high end club game. It took me a helluva long time to relax and stop being so uptight but ended up having a great night once I finally got over this.

The Saturday night was awesome, I got paired with Stickler who's got a great chilled, laid-back personality and like 5.0 had this massive knowledge file inside is head of what to say and do in any given situation. Each debrief I'd go back to him and explain what went wrong and where I got stuck and straight away he'd have a perfect answer. Again had another top night and got a lot out of it even though there was still so much more I could have applied from stuff in the seminar .

Overall it was great fun and I really gained a lot from it, and really can't recommend it highly enough! Like the other reviews say it makes a massive difference so if you can do a bootcamp then go for it!
