Thread: Jeremy Soul Day Game 1 on 1 - August 2008

Hey Guys,

I did an extended one on one with Soul in late August and wanted to post up my thoughts experiences and everything in between. I really wanted to put this up earlier but this whole financial markets thing has our investors spooked and has thus been kicking my ass at work.

But that shouldn't take away from what was truly a massive eye opening experience for me and amazing instruction that has really helped my game out in new ways that I didn't even thing possible. Like all of my reviews and things I write this one will be extremely long so if you just want the summary well here it is:

Working with Soul who is in so many way similar to me in background and life was simply amazing. Here is a guy who from 19 basically has broken down every part of his life and is completely living it out as he desires. He is liberated, sexual and just a free thinker and for me that was one of the greatest learning experiences. When you can understand what this is like on the inside then game just comes naturally because you are freely expressing your genuine interest, desire and passion to the girl you want. Of course he does this in a great way and has a good system for making this congruent and smooth so you don't freak the girl out but I would say at the core this was what it was about. It wasn't day game or night game (though there was plenty of both) but rather about working out why you want to game and just going out there and doing.

I am not going to lie, it was hard as shit and to be honest I have done much better after the one-on-one than during it but I think that actually speaks a lot about his teaching and about my learning because it just took me time to internalize and practice what he said.

So in short I would say if any of you are thinking about how to improve in day game or how do I directly express myself to a woman then Soul is the way to go. His sexual escalation is pretty amazing, his voice, tonality, body language etc is all really spot on. He has more of a laid back, charming, slow sexual game than a high energy game which is really cool to see. The brother really does have a lot of Soul after all (ha ha bad joke fully intended). I got a lot out of this 1 on 1 and would highly recommend anyone else doing so as well.

However after spending a lot more time with Soul I understood a lot of what makes him successful during the day. He comes at you with genuine consideration and care. He is young but he really is passionate about teaching and taking care of his students. We spent about 6 hours in the heat of NYC walking and he didn't relent in pushing me into sets. All this while being sick and generally out of it too.

Day 1 - Day Game

Since I had signed up for two days of instruction we decided to spend 4 hours on the first day to work on Day Game and then 4 hours later at night.

First we started off at a whole foods and hanging out at the park in NYC. We talk for a bit about theory but really I didn't need much as I already attended his day game seminar (which is really key and can help maximise your 1on1 time). So right away Soul started demonstrating what he does best. He started talking to a girl sitting by the stairs and after about 5 minutes had a number.

Now not to be outdone and not content to stand around I decide to open a group of Asian girls with what I do best situational. I ask them about shopping we start to chat and then Soul comes in (no doubt his Asian radar kicking into overdrive) and pull off two of the girls and leaves me chatting with the other two. Its fun and I am good at teasing and banter so we continue forward then get into directions etc and Soul leads the close with we are going out later. This is a big problem for me I just don't go for it when I should. I have a lot of the things down but I never really escalate or take that jump (which is something we would work on). Unfortunately the logistics were not to be so we say goodbye with them giggling like little asian school girls.

My next set Soul wanted me to go direct on this hot ass woman walking with a suitcase. I mean this girl was really hot a little bit older but serious body. I of course didn't have the balls to do so but I open situational teasing about her suitcase and the shopping she plans to do. Turns out she is from Miami and is visiting her sister. Staying at Gansevoort and out for the night and tells me her plans. Holy shit this daytime stuff is starting to click. I mean this girl was way beyond anything I have pulled at night and I think my nighttime game is pretty good. I get her number and standard text message game ensues.

Now this really bolstered my ego big time. Soul and I both agreed she was hot and he said if she had a sister equally hot it was so on for tonight.

So onward we continue and I open some more with situational. Now I have done a bit of situational so my mind was good at thinking like this. Soul urges me to open up a super hot girl seated in the outside patio of a restaurant. I look at him with a complete 'are you fucking crazy' look and he says you wanted me to push you so get to it. I go open about her tatoo false time constraint then ask if I can join her. She says she has a bf and I say thats ok so she accepts. After the initial talk I settle in and start qualification . It turns out she is a model and her boyfriend is a very famous dj. Not only that she invites myself and soul out to a party later where fucking QTip is the DJ. I don't even go for a number close and just ask to facebook her but she then tells me to take her number down and text her and she will get me in. I am like really did that just happen - I number closed a model who invited me to a party with QTip. And the funny thing was on the way out another guy (super hot, trendy etc) came in and sat near her and she told me how she gave that guy her number a few weeks ago and has been ignoring him since. I do a little bit of teasing and leave.

Then Soul (the bastard) decides to really start pushing me out of my comfort zone. I made me open up a girl in a bikini sunbathing in the park. Now this would have gone so well if my voice didn't sound like a 10 year old and if I actually remembered what to say. However important lesson learned - I did not get slapped nor did she run away.

I opened another girl seated in the park listening to music and flubbed this one too but amazing could stay in set for a few minutes.

Now this had taken up pretty much all of our time and I was exhausted. However I had two numbers to show and from seriously hot girls too. These were easily hotter than any girls you would find in a bar which is why I wanted to do this in the first place.

My main takeaways were that I am generally good with situational and to be honest I thought that situation worked best for me and my comfort level. But most importantly it was so helpful to have Soul there pushing me and waiting patiently to break down the sets afterwards. With him I knew I had to do it and I knew that we would learn from it afterwards. I have to tell you I was honestly chicken shit and made so many excuses not to approach. Having him to break that barrier and see that nothing bad happens was amazing.


Day 1 - Night Game

Well we decided to do our own thing and so I texted the two girls from the day saying I couldn't make it and decided to facebook them for social circle .

We went out to The Park which is notoriously bad on Friday's unfortunately where we met up with Big Biz and Tenorio. My goal for the night was to take risks, sexually escalate and go direct.

Now other than opening seriously hot girls day game has one key benefit. It completely destroys approach anxiety at night. I mean I had none at all and I usually don't have all that much at night.

First I opened a 4 set situational, then opinion and soul and others came to wing me. I ejected after a bit and then soul made me open direct on a bunch of groups. I went to a 3 set seated!!!!!! and opened direct and sat the fuck down and got into conversation. In the middle of this there was another PUA doing a workshop and one of their poor students came into my set with an opinion opener. He was ripped up by those girls so badly I felt incredibly bad and actually told them to take it easy. The funny thing is that they never suspected me because of my super direct approach.

Then Soul demonstrated a direct w/ kino opener which was really cool. The girl was eating it up but got nervous and left but Soul had almost grabbed her ass in the 1 - 2 minute mark. Then the first set approached us and started accusing me of being an instructor which was so hilarious. They were super into us too and wouldn't leave us alone. I kino 'd the shit out of them just for fun grabbed her ass all while she was accusing me of being an 'instructor'. Ha ha funny moment of the night.

We decided to leave and go to a new place and now things got interesting. We sat down and immediately Soul had me direct open a two set. It went really well he came to wing and they were really into us. We bounce and eject and go back to our table (they were actually sad and came to say goodbye to us at the end of the night - Soul later said we could have closed them). When I reach the table I realize that Big Biz has brought back a bunch of girls for us to play with.

Now I know this is a Soul review but man I have to say that of all the instructors I have seen in Night Game Big Biz really stands out. This guy really is amazing, his conversations skills are amazing and has such a low key presence. You can read about his exploits of that night on his blog here:

He has the girls in stitches and they are laughing so hard I think that they don't even realize that he has his hands down their pants. Is that your secret Biz?

Ok so we start the game . We are all doing well I have this french girl into me, soul picked the asian girl (big surprise) and teasing /attraction stuff ensues. Then Soul interrupts the conversation with 'man what do you think about Qualification ' (one of my sticking points which I have since been working very hard on correcting). The girl thought we were talking about work - ha ha.

So qualification hits with much more kino escalation then we go downstairs to dance and grinding, groping and all manners of good stuff start going on. Not that this hasn't happened to me before but the fact that I went after it in a structured way and it happened really was quite pleasing.

Now I started getting a little drunk plus I already had a few other girls around too so I sort of lost track of my little french freak but I must say thanks for the excellent work your hands and butt did on me.

So we finished up and it was a really fun night. I broke through some of my barriers of escalating but overall it was just a fun fucking group and just a great time and anytime I can say that at the end of the night I am really happy.

Score for the end of the night session:
Being accused of being a PUA instructor and then letting me grab her (priceless).
Hot French Girl festivities.
Numerous Direct openers.
Big Biz disappears and gets hand job.


So all in all a really great day and now on to Day number 2 of Adventures with Soul. He promised me at the end of the night that he was really going to push me very hard. I was too drunk to care but man did it suck when I realized he was actually serious the next day.
