Last week, I had the chance to spend two days with Fader. I'm new to the game so I figured let me take action and learn from someone who has gotten really good reviews on the site. First off, Fader is a really cool down to earth guy. He doesn't come across as some unapproachable "guru". Secondly, he genuinely cares about your experience, meaning he wants you to succeed but also forces you to take action. You learn by doing and he's there every step of the way, sort of like your "Guardian Angel". What I also liked is that he makes no claims of any "magic bullets" (pardon the pun) . If you want something bad enough you work at it until you become good. He has a very simplified break down of the MM that I also liked. Finally, I'd like to thank him for inviting me to his place and making me feel comfortable.
If you are looking for someone to teach you, Fader is a good person to start with.
