Absolutely amazing...

Where do I begin. About 9 months ago, I took a bootcamp . I learned so much from that, but after my last deployment, I really realized I usually dont have enough energy to go out to a loud bar or club every friday and saturday -- I dont even like to drink that much. So I decided on my own, Day Game is where I should be...And I was completely right.

On Friday, I attended the Mini-Conference with Soul , and Starlight . It was the perfect intro into what to expect, how to prepare myself, and a bunch of other useful things.

Saturday. Moment of truth. We began bright and early, 9am (early for me) to 1pm was the seminar . I cannot believe how many notes I took. Huge solid pages of notes. Soul taught everything so well, so explained...An amazing teacher. He conveyed everything as simple as possible, so everyone could understand. It was methodical, and flowed with ease. From keys to success, inner game , to the Triad ; to the whole emotional progression model in regards to Day Game , each step of the model -- all indepth with unbelievable detail.

I also loved things like 5-10 minute conversations, conversation mapping, mastery topics, dates and physical progression . Seminar was amazing. I loved it so much. Soul is just such an amazing teacher. Starlight was there to re-emphasis topics and elaborate using his own experiences.

Now, comes the in-field. The best part...

Soul , Starlight , Bonsai , and a few teachers/interns were there to coach us. We met in Union Square at 2pm. Before everyone showed up, a few of us were too eager to start, and did a few sets right then and there. I personally opened on 4 euro chicks, with Sergio (i think) as my wing . Sergio is young, and knows his stuff. An excellent wing . I isolated this blonde chick, who had a thick Danish accent. This was just a warm up set. Fun way to begin the day. A few others opened sets too. So much motivation, so much fun.

We all met up, and split into three groups. We took off in different directions. Our coaches would pick a chick, and we'd go at it. It took a few sets to get really warmed up, but after a few sets, a good amount of shot-downs, we were just jumping from chick to chick. I personally opened on the same chick twice (but I knew it the 2nd time, so i did some call back humor ) and Bonsai sent in someone on the same chick. We had a good laugh there. I noticed that day game is really my thing. I love day game so much.

I feel that through day game , it can improve your game overall better, and faster than just bars or clubs. I love the rush, I love getting high fives from bystanders, and funny comments like, "Oh man, I was rooting for you". It never got old. After doing a few sets on fake LA looking girls, cougars , and a few butter faces, I landed a number, and found personally what kind of girls I like and am attracted to. Sounds wierd I know, but I found I love lesbians and dikey looking chicks. As they taught us, your emotions and attraction can be felt by the person your picking up. So when I opened on a LA fake looking chick, I didnt feel any attraction to her, and it was mutual. But when I opened on a spicy, lesbian looking Russian with thick blonde corn row braids and a sexy little piercing on her lip, I felt great attraction , and we hit it off.

I also learned to carry cigarettes all the time now. Lots of hot girls smoke; it ended up being a perfect situation opener.

Here was my favorite pick up of the day/night; the Forever 21:

It was on that lesbian, blonde corn row Russian chick. I opened with a situational opener -- "Excuse me, got a light?"

She pulled it out, and I lit up. I did the normal, "So what you doing in SF today". She worked at Forever 21. We talked some more, while I was pinging her for commonalities, stuff like travel, military...As it turned out, she travels and has a cousin or bro in the Marines, perfect!

After about 4-5 minutes, she had to go back to work, so we said by...Walking with Soul and the others, I told Soul , "Bro, we gotta go back to Forever 21, I can number close her". He was like, lets do it. On the way there, I told Soul my favorite type of sex, and girl. We had a good laugh. So we got back to Forever 21; I didnt realize it was three stories. I make a rapport with some cute chick, and describe this Russian. 3rd floor, I made my way up, and saw her at the cash register, busy... I walk by un-noticed, and went back to her when she wasnt busy. She was shocked, suprised and blushing when she saw me. We talked some more, and ended up number closing.

At the end, we all met up back at Union Square, debriefed, cheered, and went to eat. We had a good time out eating, and enjoyed some good conversations. From there, I practiced some Social circle stuff, and met Andrew, another PUA from SF. He invited me to a party in Berekely, and we went...But thats a story for another time.

Day Game Workshop is the best money I ever spent. If you had to take one Boot Camp or Workshop , you HAVE to take Day Game . Compared to Night Game/Bars/Clubs, Day Game has so many more elements, which improves your game a lot more overall. Story telling, escalation, mastery topics, people who actually have lives, no loud music, or other guys hitting on the same 10 chicks crammed in the bar. Day Game is where it's at. I feel my game improved on so many different and new levels; levels I havent experienced in the Night Life game. You can also open as many sets as you want! There will always be an influx of chicks, unlike at bars and clubs, where if you're practicing and arent a master PUA, you could run out of people to open to. Not in day game , if you have to, just walk down a block and start again. It was great.

Soul is the master of Day Game -- his reputation precedes him.

Special thanks to Soul , Starlight , Bonsai and the intern/other coaches who were there to help and teach. I loved every minute of it, and thank you guys for showing me the light to my own success, the Day Game .

Yup, I was in this workshop too with jass_HandsUSMC (I’m not sure you even are the one with my plate at dinner, ha ha ha, I guess other guys’ plates where mixed up too!)

I arrived late to the seminar and I missed one or two introductions. The seminar was awesome. That stuff is still just clicking. I’m not going to elaborate any further than jass_HandsUSMC who described them better than I could.

The in-field portion was awesome. I was just so happy to be opening for the first time in my life I could not concentrate well enough to implement what the instructors told me to change. I was specific on only opening slender super pretty girls with good style. Some guys where less picky and they opened a lot more sets with instructors. Needless to say there was not a whole lot of improvement in my game from the first set-to the last. Well, that’s not true. My first set was awkward, I said my line she said thanks and walked off. Soul sent me after another who could not speak English. Then the third he sent me on could not speak English either! It was frustrating to say the least but it was not nearly as bad as finding parking and being late to the in-field portion as well. I only had a limited amount of time with Soul and the second he pointed at Starlight , Starlight just blasted me into set after set. I was kind of just winging it, unable to control myself well enough to do what he said. So he kept pushing me into sets until I fixed each thing, then blast into more until I fixed another. The last set he pushed me into was with a girl who had a mouth full of food. It was probably my favorite of that day but I ejected early. Starlight sent me back down after her to # close. She BF’d me but it was still so much fun!

It felt like less than 10 sets opened, but reflecting now I can think of 15-25. I was never blown out and it seemed like every set hooked. I just calibrated so slowly it seemed like everyone else was # closing but I was having so much fun I did not care. Gosh, some of the students made such huge improvements it was amazing. That was one of my favorite parts, being surrounded by men all great with woman, each anxious to help me move forward in my game.

I saw all of the instructors open sets but when I saw Sergio open several sets in front of me and # closed them, he was pickier than I, the woman he opened where amazingly beautiful I really felt inspired. I could tell he really enjoyed it; he got very happy and took a lot of pride in his skill. It made it seem very genuine and his story makes pick-up seem so much more realistic. His motivation towards my success was amazing. He was so eager to answer questions and do examples. He would tell me what I looked like or acted like in set, and would offer to show me in set what it should look like. It made learning so easy because everything got broken down very well. Unfortunately, I was still so anxious in set that I could not hold strong, I kept ejecting. I had some very strong connections but would not stay in set.

AgentSmith invited me to practice the second day with him and Sergio. They invited a lot of us students but I was the only one who showed up. Soul had a couple of the other students doing a day #2 and we bumped into them a dozen times. AFCAdam had a boot camp going in Union Square and we got to see other guys’ do other styles of pickup. I really felt happy that I went to Soul ’s day game though, no doubt. I actually looked into AFCAdam and read some bad reviews so I went with Soul .

AgentSmith and Sergio really put in a lot of effort to help me past my sticking points . I defiantly improved from the night before. A lot had clicked for me and I opened another 10-15 possibly more sets before I drove back to Eugene, Oregon. Watching both of these guys in set is just crazy. Sergio had two different girls say they have boyfriends but wanted to chat with him or see him later. I never saw him get blown out, he hugged some girls and # closed all of the pretty ones. He opened an ugly girl I picked by mistake, she could not speak English and it was funny watching the whole interaction, the guy is a pro. AgentSmith had such solid game it was insane. He is a “cool cat” type character with a crazy since of humor . The lines he uses are so funny and random, his body language is strong and he really has this stuff down.

All of the instructors DEMANDED practice. They all said how important it is to practice this or you won’t get better. And you’re not very good after your first day. Well, I was still not very good my second day so I planned on doing a lot of practice. Getting the chance to watch AgentSmith and Sergio game so much and do so well, then talk about how 4 months ago they could not # close either. It really showed me how this is all so obtainable with practice.

I’ve practiced a lot the past couple of days. Not a lot in terms of the what we did in the workshop , or what Sergio and AgentSmith pushed me into, but enough I am seeing improvement and it’s keeping me confident. I really want to get good at this and this workshop hit the nail on the head. Worth every penny and I am going to save to attend another day game seminar when Soul makes his way back around. The infield portion is just awesome and I would love to re-do it again.

Bonsai , Whim and I agree, this was one of our best workshops ever. Thanks to you guys for making it possible.

I'm going to keep this review as concise as possible.

Our lecture went from 9am-1pm (4hrs). In-field was also 4hrs, but I think we may have started around 2:30.

From the lecture, I took comprehensive notes, but kept them organized. In total, approx. 7.5 pages.

I'm one of the two students who opted for the day two private lesson with Soul . We'll call the other student John.

What I thought of the lecture:
Soul is an excellent teacher, and his method is downright practical. Everything is organized and presented with the purpose that the students will be able to refer back to their notes from the lecture, and have all the key principles organized into bulleted lists, and diagrams where necessary. Soul 's intent is to give his students a schematic that will guide them along as they progress, in the days/weeks/months after their workshop .

I don't know how well Soul thinks he is accomplishing his objective, so I'll say it right now: He has hit the mark dead on. Any student who simply makes the effort to jot down something for each portion of Soul 's class, should have no problem putting together their own comprehensive lecture notes. Soul presents his info with itemized lists and repeats the lists so the students have enough time to get it noted. The diagrams of the LS triad model , which are drawn on the board, are simple and easy to understand.

What I thought of Soul's day game method:
I'm familiar with the writings of numerous well-known methods, especially those written for day game . Soul 's method is simply more specific, more practical, and more natural, than the others I've seen. Some methods will be natural (non-scripted), but not specific in their guidance for the student. Soul 's method doesn't have that issue. He gives his students a process they can use to develop their own, attraction -building, flowing, natural conversation style. He calls it conversation mapping. Conversation mapping is EXACTLY what I needed to help me with my problems with talking to women. I can approach total strangers and use any opener--I've never had a problem with that. My problem has always been running out of stuff to talk about, right after having opened the set. But now that I have taken this class, that problem is going away. It's not something you can learn in a day though; it takes time to develop your "mastery topics" (as they are called in this method) into maturity.

The method is easy to apply once you're in-field, because there's no routines or complicated processes to remember. It's all pretty simple to learn and apply, but takes time, effort, and practice, to master. Conversation mapping is a magical thing though... As I came to understand, it allows me to talk to girls about the things that are actually important to me!! I never thought I could do that! I had come to the conclusion that girls would never be interested in what I'm interested in, and that I'd always be isolated at parties and clubs. I thought the only guys who could talk to girls were the guys who could BS about pointless pop-culture drivel. Learning that this is not true, was an epiphany for me.

What I thought of the in-field training:
After we all arrived at the rally point, groups were set and instructors were assigned. John, Joe, and I, went with Soul and Morgan (who was interning, I think). John and I got to work with Soul a lot on day one. I got blown out quite a bit early on, which didn't bother me at all, but I was a little disappointed in myself after hearing how many of the other guys didn't get blown out in their early attempts. Also, a lot of the other guys got a lot more numbers than I did. I don't know what their target criteria was like compared to ours...

When we started walking with Soul , he told us we should approach girls that are our type. I was really happy to hear this, because I don't like giving compliments to girls if those compliments aren't genuine.

Here's the criteria that John and I used, and to me, this seemed to be in-line with what Soul expected of us:
target must be:

• our type of girl
• walking alone
• not talking on a cell phone
• not entering a very crowded store

Soul didn't tell us we couldn't do two-sets. He said he would help us with them if we wanted to do them, but he was cool with us not doing them, which made me happy.

I personally think that this criteria just generally makes sense. I know you can open a girl who's on a cell phone, but I'm learning this stuff still, and it's typically considered rude to interrupt people when they're on the phone, especially if you are a stranger.

Soul coached me a lot on my approach technique. It took me several tries to get better at all the little details. I have a tendency to not smile, so I had to work on that. My distance from the girl was too far, and I didn't always stand up straight. But by the end of the day, I was doing it all correctly! I even number closed a 9 (or maybe she was a 9.5 or 10)! I've been texting her and it seems like she's not planning on flaking on me, so I guess I did well!

The exhilaration you get after getting a number from a real hotty is amazing. I don't know if I've ever felt that good before in my life. And also, having friends there to share the high with is invaluable (words simply can't express).

About our day two:
So as stated above, I elected to pay for another 4hrs with Soul in a more personalized lesson. I was really happy to be out learning alongside John again.

I'm extremely happy that I decided to take the day two with Soul (and Whim came along too). I got to spend a lot of time talking with Soul and Whim about the questions I still had.

I number closed a fashionably-dressed art student, and a spunky indie rocker chick. The indie rocker was almost late for her bus because she was enjoying the conversation with me , and she had to sprint off to catch it. I remember Soul and John both being so excited for me after how well I did when talking to the art student. It was one of the best feelings in the world, to approach a total stranger, and have such a positive and fun conversation with her. And it also feels amazing when the girl expresses interest in meeting up again after the numbers are exchanged!

My summary:
This class was worth more than what I paid for it. I don't know if all the students got their money's worth though. As with any education, you get out what you put in. You can't spend loads of money on an engineering degree, do zero work, and expect to get your master's. I knew this going into the workshop , and I intended to get money's worth from it.

I got more out of this class than what I paid for it. I am soooo happy that I took this class, and also that I took the day two. It was life-changing for me. I feel so empowered.

During the in-field sessions, I would sometimes spot a girl down the street, on the other side, but that didn't mater. I could bolt out there, catch her, chat her up, have a great time doing it, and come back with her phone number!! It might not sound exhilarating to read about it, but that's how it felt doing it. It feels like having a super power.

I mostly worked with Soul, but I also got to spend a good amount of time with Bonsai , Starlight , Whim, and our interns, Sergio and Morgan. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, supportive, caring, and sincere. It was so incredible to be out on the street, learning with guys who actually care about how I'm doing. I've been in the lair scene before, and I can tell you that it is typically the complete opposite of what I experienced in this workshop .

I wish every guy could experience what I did that weekend.

It changed my life.

Update: The day game truely helps your social skills overall. The parties I went to were awesome because I opened to everyone...I just feel way more socialble. Through out the week, I made the effort to get for an hour or two and day game . Ended up with more numbers, I started txt facebook game, sending out global msgs to them.

And just on my flight, I opened to a stripper/escort at the terminal. We hit it off, escalated, sexual tension...the works. But she bf'ed. Amazing though, 3 hours gaming on the plane. Didn't leave empty handed, got the facebook. Now for some fun facebook games. For my reference, her stripper name is Cindy

Introduction

I am a 28 year old Asian Guy from Hong Kong who exited a 4 year relationship last summer which left me devastated. I had extreme approach anxiety so I became proactive and took a Night Game Workshop with Tenmagent, Cajun , and Art last September in Vancouver (you can read the review here: Tenmagnet & Cajun Bootcamp - Vancouver, September 2009).

Even though the night game workshop did wonders for me in terms of improving my social skills, I wasn’t satisfied with the types of girls I was meeting at nightclubs. Moreover, I feel that I was missing out on way too many opportunities outside the nightclub environment.

Therefore, I decided to fly down to San Francisco to destroy my fear of day time approaches (I had never done a day time cold approach before). I went all out this particular weekend: I signed up for the mini-conference, day-game workshop , and extra infield lessons with Jeremy.

At the end of the weekend, the experience with Jeremy Soul and his crew of LS instructors (as well as all the other students in the workshop ) had forever changed my life.

Mini-Conference

The speakers at the mini-conference were: Jeremy, Starlight , and Whim. Each of them were extremely knowledgeable in their particular area of expertise. Jeremy talked about Day Game and Sexual Escalation; Starlight discussed Social Circle Mastery (a.k.a College game), and Whim shared his insights on San Francisco venues for both day and night game opportunities. Not only was this mini-conference was packed with extremely valuable information; but more importantly, Jeremy, Starlight , and Whim were extremely supportive in answering all the questions that were raised by the attendees.

Day-Game Seminar

Pretty much the whole 4 hours of the Day-Game Seminar was led by Jeremy. I am not going to talk much about this seminar because it would be just a repeat of what all the other students have mentioned. In summary, Jeremy is probably one of the best instructors I have ever met and I am not just referring to GAME (and I have been in post-secondary education for over 9 years). Jeremy is articulate, humble, passionate, and extremely supportive of his students. Moreover, the material he presents is invaluable. The inner game material Jeremy introduced to me provided a extremely strong mental framework for me to continually practice Day Game .

Day-Game Infield

As all the students were waiting for Jeremy to assign us to rotating teams, I was so nervous that I could literally hear my heart pounding. My first group was with Jeremy and Morgan and a student named Sardonyx (who referred me to John in his above review). Within two minutes, Morgan saw an extremely cute and fashionable blonde with sunglasses and an ipod on. As this blonde walked past me, Morgan kept pestering me and said “come on man, you know you want to.” Trying my best to control my fear, I ran back to her and I used Jeremy’s Generic Magic Day Game Opener and IT CLICKED. She took off her sunglasses and earphones and her face beamed. We quickly engaged in a conversation and I walked with her for about 2 minutes to where she was going to walk. I was so nervous still and tried to ask her number too soon. She replied she had a boyfriend. I knew I had way more things to learn in terms of my technique but it was definitely a good start.

With a new sense of confidence, I started running after the girls I wanted to open. Jeremy and the rest of the guys started laughing as they didn’t need to push me into sets as I would on my own run after the girls who I genuinely thought was beautiful. I opened a red hair girl, a black girl, brunette, and more blondes etc. I really wanted to challenge my limited beliefs because in my community, there is an assumption that western girls do not like Asian Guys. By the first hour of the infield, this assumption was completely annihilated.

I approached approximately 10 sets throughout the infield portion (I was really selective to who I approached). I only had only one real rejection, and that was with a girl who guessed what we were doing. Overall, it was so funny, when Starlight , Bonsai , Whim, and Sergio kept on pumping me up to approach more. It was amazing.

More admirable was my fellow student partner Sardonyx. At first, he didn’t start off so well, he received rejections but he didn’t let it get to him. He kept on trying and trying and he made gradual improvements each time. I really respected him because I can see in him that he wanted to improve so much. By the end of the 3rd hour, it began clicking for him. His body language , his facial expression, his conversation skills improved dramatically. I learned more from Sardonyx about the dedication of learning and wanting something so bad than anyone I know for years.

At the conclusion of the Day Game Infield, when all the students and instructors reconvened, you can just look into all the students eyes and see how confident each of these individuals have become. This doesn’t just happen for no reason, I think each of the students know of the opportunities out there and they have the ability to seize these opportunities.

Day-Two

Jeremy, Whim, Sardonyx, and I decided to roam the streets of San Francisco for one more day. Whim helped me a lot on my conversation skills as well as how I need to be more assertive. I feel Whim understands me a lot since we are both Asian and he seemed to pick up a lot of the “Asian” Habits that I possessed that weren’t the most Alpha.

So I begin opening girls again, and similar to the day before, I opened great; however, my body language wasn’t quite right. I had my hands in my pockets a lot, tried to walk with the girls to their destinations instead of locking in, and my mastery topics needed a lot of work. Jeremy was persistent in telling me what to correct and he wouldn’t take no for an answer. By the last hour, I see Sardonyx open and number closed a ridiculously gorgeous blonde which the three of us could see was totally attracted to Sardonyx. I knew at that instant I had to raise my game. Afterwards, I opened a light blond girl in which I ran Soul ’s Day game model to the best of my ability so far. I talked to for almost 10 minutes and walked her with her for two blocks to her apartment. I number closed and I thought that was the end of my workshop .

When the four of us were walking back into a shopping mall, Jeremy spotted this extremely cute and petite brunette from afar who I think Jeremy wanted to open. Instead, Jeremy sent me and I ran three blocks to catch up to her. I opened and she smiled like it was Christmas. She was a manager at a nearby fashion store and I ended running the Day Game Model again to the perfection (well at least for me at that time). It was hard to number close her but at the end I got it and I did feel there was a lot of attraction . When I got her number, I haven’t been that happy for years.

Overall Thoughts

This workshop was a life-changing experience for me. I learned never to be crippled by self-imposed limited beliefs and to always challenge assumptions. With the right guidance combined with a dedication to learning, any individual can learn to control any fears they have and turn that into positive energy.

I would like to thank each and everyone of the instructors who assisted in this workshop and I will write to each of them shortly.

Moreover, I just want to let everyone know that out of serendipity, Morgan and Sergio stayed in the same hotel I was in San Francisco. They went above and beyond during the two nights I was there coaching me for hours at night (after the mini-conference and the Day Game Workshop ) about GAME, life-skills, and anything else that was important. These two guys are fearless when going into sets. With people like that around me, it really pushed me to become better. My deepest thanks again to the both you and Jeremy has definitely made the right choice recruiting the both of you.

That last set was AMAZING. I'm kinda jealous - you don't see girls that cute in San Francisco very often. Not to mention that you ran the entire set pretty much flawlessly - respect!
