Jeremy Soul Day Game Workshop - Toronto, Nov 2009

(My apologies for such a long post, I just wanted to write how I felt so that you can get a clearer understanding of my experience)

I heard about the game and the community about a year and a half ago and started putting material into practise. At first, I saw steady improvement in my social skills and went out to night time venues. However, I soon hit a plateau, since the bar and club scene were not exactly congruent with my personality. Then I heard about Soul and his daytime approaches, watched a few of his promo videos and I was absolutely blown away by what this guy was accomplishing in the day time. I thought that daytime dating was the answer for a guy like me, so I read up on material and tried it out in the daytime. Same thing happened; saw some improvement at first, plateaued, then went on a decline. Bad approaching experiences kept mounting and that ultimately increased my approach anxiety to a point where I would walk around a mall for 4 hours doing 1 approach at best.
For a year and a bit I had contemplated attending an in-field bootcamp, but being a student it was hard to shell out the 3000 USD for a night game bootcamp and night game wasn’t my thing anyway. Then, I saw that Jeremy was coming to Toronto for a daygame workshop . Like you, who are reading these reviews and debating whether to attend Soul ’s day game workshop , I had to make sure it was going to be worth it. I convinced myself that despite the steep price tag, this was ultimately going to be an investment in myself.
We were met at the seminar location by Soul , Biskit , and then Carbo joined us later. Right off the bat, there was a very friendly vibe among everyone, and the instructors created a very comfortable atmosphere. Soul did an excellent job of breaking down daygame , so that it was so simple anyone could understand it. For the first time I felt like I had a structure to go by, whereas my attempts at daygame before were just an aimless navigation through a social situation. The instructors answered the questions that we raised thoroughly, and a lot was learned.
After the seminar, we were ready to go infield. Throughout the rest of the day we would rotate among the 3 instructors. My first session was with Soul ; we were on our way out when he spotted a cute Asian girl and told me to approach her. What happened next was totally unfamiliar to me. The usual pattern I go through before approaching would be to lock up, have some reflex negative internal dialogue, then have the moment slip away. This time however, when Soul told me to go, I felt no lock up, no internal dialogue, nothing to stop me from acting on my intentions. My mind went clear (not blank), and then I just started talking to her. I completely surprised myself! I think that Soul ’s presence made me feel so secure to not have that anxiety. After every single approach he gave me excellent feedback; we even practiced how to change my delivery to be more seductive on the sidewalk! In an hour, I had already done 6 approaches, compared to the 5 months prior the workshop where I did in total 20-30 daytime approaches. On the next rotation, I was with Biskit . Biskit told me to find a girl that truly inspired me so that when my direct opener came out, it would sound more genuine. We walked around the mall and after a couple unsuccessful sets, I got my first number close with a tentative date this week! I was ecstatic because this had never happened to me, and I did it based on Soul ’s advice to “try it or else you’ll never know”. After that, I started getting more courage and approached a 2-set where my target was a sexy tanned tall blonde who looked like Denise Richards (exactly my type =P). I would have previously never even thought of approaching a walking 2-set before Soul taught us how to open them. The momentum gathered to the point where I would see a beautiful girl nearby and it felt like my unconscious desire and fascination pulled me towards her direction before I realized that I was already halfway into delivering my opener. The next rotation was with Carbo, and he spent a lot of time giving me feedback on my interactions. By that time it was getting late and I was physically and mentally exhausted, but he pushed me to keep on going and I still managed to approach a couple of 3-sets, which I would have never done before either.
At the end of the day, I had absolutely no doubt that the experience was worth all that money. You could see clearly that all the instructors really cared about the students and their progress. They spent time explaining things over again infield if there were any issues that we were concerned about, and were happy to take questions. In that one day I think I must have done about 15 approaches, and I couldn’t have been happier. The only thing I would have probably liked to see more of are the instructors doing some model approaches for us infield to show how it’s done, but I don’t feel like that lessened the quality of the workshop at all.
I now feel like I have the tools and the confidence to keep on practicing my daygame . It is not enough just to take this workshop once and not practice it after; as Soul said: experience is the best teacher. I believe that this is the beginning of an awesome journey for me, and I have Soul and the other instructors to thank for that. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this workshop for anyone who wants to stop regretting it every time a beautiful woman walks past them in the day time.

First off, the guy that posted above me, kevmeister, is an ANIMAL! I wasn't in the same team as him doing
the approaches but apparently Carbeau pointed an azn girl for him to approach and he said something like "Nah
I'd rather approach those 2 blondes over there"... lol, good stuff. Carbeau told me this by the way in case you
were wondering

Prior to the bootcamp, I have had 4 months of daytime approaching experience. I am one of the odd balls that started
off doing day game instead of night game. I know... I am crazy. I did not read the 'The Game ' by Neil Strauss first.
It was John Alexander 's "How to Become an AlphaMale" which inspired me to do all of this. Although a good book,
it did not give me the step by step instructions on how to talk to a woman and after reading 2 other different books
(I wont name them all), I stumbled a upon Magic Bullets which was my fav out of all the books. This was where
I learned about LoveSystems and the attraction forums .

Ok off to my review. I must say, before I came to the seminar, I was not feeling well... probably something I ate the night
before but I said screw it if theres anytime to be doing this, this is the time NOW. Took some pepto and off I go!

I went to the seminar and bumped into another student (I sensed he was a student... sixth sense) and we
immediately introduced each other. When we went upstairs, we were greeted by Biskit eating his yogurt on a sofa.
After a while, the students started coming in and we had exactly 8 students all of which paid for the seminar
and infield training. Soul made the seminar not only informative but funny as well. The seminar had only one
5 mins break. I swear if I had to attend a 4hrs lecture at school with only one 5 mins break, I would have pulled my
hair out. Soul's seminar , however, was great and I enjoyed every minute of it and did not mind the one break we had.
Below, I will talk about some of the highlights of the approaches... I'll skip the boring girls.

As mentioned above, we were teamed with different instructors. I was first teamed with Carbeau. We were supposed to
have 3 students on our team but 1 student bailed out last minute so we had 2 students on the team. I told Carbeau
I needed to do warmups first before going direct so he pointed out an azn girl for me to approach. No problem
as I just asked for directions and off I go. Carbeau told me he had AA in him as well (I point this out because
I want you guys to know EVERYONE experiences AA no matter how long you've been doing this. You are not alone!).
We were outside the mall
when Carbeau spotted two girls and asked if I wanted to approach with him... I said sure. I thought I was going
to deliver the opener but instead he did. The indian girl seemed to be happy but the azn girl was speechless the whole time, lol.
We couldn't hook the set for long and they were off to work after their smoke break. We did a little more walking
and Carbeau pointed me out a nice brunette chick who had headphones on. I approached her and made the signal
to take off her headphones and went direct. She was flattered and as it turns out, we had a lot of things in common.
I closed and got her phone number. He also pointed out a blonde girl for me to approach who got kinda scared
when I tapped her on the shoulder. We had a short convo and I let her go knowing she wasnt too interested and she
apologized to me (I dont know why she did that).

I then teamed with Soul . He kept pointing girls that were across the street. I should have told him that I know
someone who got ticketed $110 CAD for J-walking . Anyways, I manage to find a traffic light and ran across the
street to a girl he pointed out. Went direct and introduced me myself with a handshake. She had kleenex on
each hand and didnt want to shake telling me "I am a germophobe"... WTF? Whatever, I kept walking and talking
at the same time and got her facebook (I just closed for the sake of closing... shes a little weird). This
was when I lost Soul for a period of time as he lost me in the crowd. Bad timing... as I wanted
the master to watch my approaches and find my sticking points . When I found him, Soul asked
me to wing him with 2 girls. They looked kinda young but whatever we approached and I delivered my opener,
the girls were puzzled, 1 girl was speechless... again, lol. Soul asked them how old they were, and they said 18 so
we happily excused ourselves. On a side note... I decided to try something new with girls on cellphones. This was
recommended to me by another member of the forums. I approached the girl and wrote on a piece of paper "You look
gorgeous. Lose the phone! " (I underlined the "lose the phone" part). She had a big smile on her face as I maintained
my frame but wouldnt get off the phone so I ejected.

Off to Biskit . This guy has the eye of an EAGLE! I made my approach on this blonde and he was probably 10m away from me.
He said I was talking too fast... I asked how he knew and he said he saw my lip movement, haha. It would be
great to put Biskit up on the top of a roof and scan the area for HBs. He can then radio me the coordinates
of the HB and I will do my approach, haha. All jokes aside, Biskit pointed out 2 HBs for me to approach but they
were boring so nothing to say here.

So that concluded the in field training. We all gathered together outside, exchanged #s and talked about our progress.
Everyone pretty much left the area except for me, 2 other students, and 1 alumni (I will call him T). T all of a sudden
spots a 2 set and asked me to help out, I said sure. He went direct and it was game time! While he was talking
to his target, I kept the friend interested with all my little stories. Turns out they were from out of town and
are only here for 3 weeks. He managed to get the girl to go drinking with us but the friend I was talking to
declined. I closed for her facebook here as she seemed cool but was from out of town.

I later went out that night with my wing for some nightgame and put Soul 's instructions to good use. My conversations
lasted longer than before so it definately helped. Just for kicks, I even showed my wing going direct doesnt
work in the clubs and approached a 2-set(yes it got no where), lol. Anyways, it was a good night but I wont post it here since this is
the review for the workshop .

Overall, the workshop was helpful. I also agree with kevmeister and wish to see the instructors do the approaches.
I think 1 approach per team (meaning each instructor should do 3 approaches) would be good. This is very inspiring
for the guys who are new at this and I highly recommend it. I would recommend taking the bootcamp as well BUT
I highly suggest one thing, Make sure you have the BALLS to approach. I am not joking because I dont want to see
someone bail out last minute (it is a lot of money!). The best way to prepare is the most obvious... go out and
do approaches before you start your workshop . Start your way off with functional openers (time, directions), work
your way up to opinion openers, then finally go direct. THis will help u immensly before u do your workshop .
Anyways, I hope you guys enjoyed reading my review as much as I did writing it. That whole day I probably did about
10 approaches so great job Kevmeister for doing 15, you're a monster!

One more thing, I bumped into Soul while out daygaming in Toronto today, lol.

This is the definitive work on pickup and dating theory, written by an acknowledged master of the game - a guy who’s TRAINED many of the new “gurus” on the scene!

Definitely Life changing Experience

Just a little background on me. In the past i got girls that were introduced to me by my friends and/or these girls approached me. In past 5 years i dated about 6 girls, and i didn't approach any of them. So i was getting used to this whole "girls approaching me" thing and never really cold approached anyone. I do not feel proud about it, actually i feel ashamed because i dated anyone who was above 5. These girls were not 9's or 10's, i mean FUCK not even an 8. Whenever i would see a HOT hb 9 or 10 with an ugly guy i would go to myself "what the hell does he have, that i dont", i mean i am well groomed, i dress well, i can carry on a conversation etc. There's not one day that i could remember when i didn't think about it. i felt terrible.

At one point in my life i got really fed with dating these girls and decided that i dont deserve this. so i broke up with my girl friend and read "The game", which introduced me to Mystery Method and then Finally Love systems . After reading these books i did several approaches during day and night to a limited success. just like Kevmeister, i hit a plateau and didn't go anywhere. Then i finally decided to go for day game workshop because i hate night clubs.

On the day of workshop i was really excited about the adventures that waited for me. I got there, met biskit , and couple of other guys who were waiting for Soul . Seminar portion of the workshop was filled with useful information that would help us succeed when we go In field. Soul did a wonderful job explaining every part of "day game " thoroughly. All of our Questions were answered without any hesitation. after 4 hours of taking notes , it was time to apply them IN FIELD. SOUNDS FUN, but i was a bit nervous.

Like Kevmeister Said we were divided into 3 groups first i was paired Soul along with kevmeister. As we were walking around the streets looking for girls, soul pointed to a very cute brunette that was on the other side of the road. At that time my heart was beating so fast it felt like it will drop on the ground any moment, but since soul was watching me i ran after her, i said "excuse me" she turned around but kept walking so i took half a step towards her and finally stopped to deliver my opener, but she just walked away. nasty blowout. Soul congratulated me on opening my first set even though it was a disaster. Second set was a cute asian girl and same thing again, as soon as i said Excuse me, she turned around, gave me a "WTF WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU" kinda look and walked away", At that point i was feeling terrible and wondering if Day game 's really gonna work for me. But Soul pointed out few problems that i had with my approach and showed me how to fix them. Third set was a hb 9, but this time she stopped said thank you and walked away before i could say anything.

Fourth Set was an asian girl who was about to enter a salon and i stopped her at the door, while she was about to open it. i ran my opener and quickly transitioned. She kept holding that door for almost 5 minutes but since i didnt stop talking, she became genuinely interested in me. i talked for few more minutes and then finally arranged a date for upcoming tuesday. This was my first number close of the day after 3 blow outs. She would then text message me at the end of the day just to ask my name since she forgot. i teased her for forgetting my name and sent text messages back and forth for few minutes.

After the fourth approach my confidence was rising and i started believing that this is going to work for me. Then i opened 3 more sets and got one more number. Then i was paired with Biskit . i opened several girls, most of them married. Biskit really helped me escalate kino on girls and showed me how to escalate without being creepy. He had very useful things to say which helped me later on when i was paired with Carbeau.

Finally i was paired Carbeau. An awesome guy with nothing but positive things to say. As we were walking around he will point and i go open. i approached about 4 girls, i arranged dates with 3 of them. At this time i was feeling GREAT. i felt like i can approach any girl out there and get her number. i Felt like GOD! First time ever, i have dates lined up. i got one on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. i would have never thought that i can go on dates 4 times a week with girls that i Liked, opened and attracted. All these girls that i got numbers from, really appreciated my compliments and asked me questions even when i would go blank, just to keep the conversation going, i couldn't believe that it was happening.

At the end of the day after doing about 10-15 approaches i got 4 confirmed Dates, 1 number and 2 emails. All thanks to the teaching of SOUL and other instructors. This guy is truly outstanding at what he does. if anyone is thinking of taking this workshop , let me tell you this.. DO NOT THINK, JUST DO IT!!! If i can do it.. SO can you!

Special Shoutouts to KnightX, This guy is an Approach Machine. A very fun guy to hang out with, made this day game experience even better.

The day game workshop is the real deal.

I attend the workshop in Toronto on November 14. Since August, I have been working alot on night game as much as I can, probably a couple of nights a week. Now my lifestyle is not suited for night game as I run my own business and to pay bills I got to work late to keep my clients happy. So I started to research day game . I search the internet a bit and started reading different books. The more I research day game , the more I felt that it was better suited with my personality and lifesystle. My advice to people is be honest with yourself and figure out your best game.

In September, I did a couple of approaches but I didn't know what to say and how to say it, so to be honest the appraoch didn't work well. I stop and went back to night game for a bit. Now with night game I was having success but since it's a different environment I really didn't know how to transfer my strengthens earned from night game to day game .

November rolled around and I signed up for the workshop . It was defintely well worth. First of all, all the guys at the workshop were good dudes who had personalities, they were all there to improve their game.

The instructor is Soul and I have to say he is defintely of soul . He is honest, straight-forward, and know his craft. To him, it's an art and he teaches all aspects. The first part of the workshop was a lecture, where he went step by step and walk all of us on how to approach during day game . He was funny and gave real examples. He gave great suggestions that he had used in the field.

Also at the workshop was Cajun , Biskit , and Jude. All three of the guys were helpful and gave honest advice.

The second part of the workship was the in field training. This is great because Soul , Cajun , Biskit , and Jude watch you and provide instant feedback. They tell you everything from your posture, approach, and style. The first couple of approaches I wasn't able to get any numbers but as they coached me, I was gave a number that didn't flak on me later. Also, the next day I ran into a girl I approach (when I approach her she had to run to work so I wasn't able to ask for her digits) on the subway and we grab coffee later. When we grab coffee, she just kept on telling me how cool it was too be approach. Not to brag, but the girl was a 8 out of 10 so the workshop doesn't teach you day game , it teaches day game that works in real life.

My advice to anyone who wants to work on their day game or learn about it, go to Soul workshop he is the real deal, I will guarantee it.

Just wanted to post a quick review of this workshop . As the oldest guy attending, I found the in-class and in-field workshop to be amazing. I was put at easy by the three instructors. Wow they know their stuff!!! If I was to give advice on the course, I would stress the fact that it is imperative to take the whole workshop . It's one thing to learn in a class room, it's another to put it to use in the field.

I found I was very nervous on my first approaches and it was reassuring to have the instructors nearby to give helpful advice and a gentle nudge. I also was lucky to have been teamed up with another great guy. He was very motivating with a positve attitude. I enjoyed the company of the other guys in the workshop as we were all in it together.

I would recommend this to anybody who has a had a beautiful girl walk-by them and wondered....what should/could I say to talk to her. Very well done Soul I look forward t0 updating you with my progress.
