Recently divorced, getting back into the game

Hi everyone, I'm recently divorced and getting excited about entering into the game. I was an AFC who felt lucky scoring an 8 for a wife, but even still I always felt I deserved better, just never had the confidence to attain it. After my wife cheated on me, I figured this is now my opportunity. I'm just about done reading The Game by Strauss and will be picking up a few other books shortly. Just wanted to say hey and look forward to talking with ya.

Hey Bro..been in your exact spot a few years ago. Just always felt I was not good enough and didn't deserve my wife and I train wrecked the relationship because of it.

A few things I would recommend if you can afford
    1) a Gym membership - check out a few and see where your wheelhouse (chicks in your age range) hang out. Not only is it good for you to be working out mentally/emotionally etc but it is great for you look and also a great place to meet women.
    2) Get your self a really nice haircut - I got my first 100 dollar haircut after I got divorced and never looked back. I felt so confident after that makeover and felt like I really could go a different level of women
    3) get a clothes makeover - after you've cut some weight and feel you are your best possible weight go to someplace nice and start replacing your wardrobe a little bit at at time.

    4) Join a few online dating groups - an easy way to start working on your look and your avatar is to figure out what your online profile is going to be. Start thinking about what photos will look good, what your image will be, what your new "pitch" is that will set you apart from the nerds online..
    5) Get back out there ! - don't be a keyboard jockey..after you've read a little and absorbed some knowledge, start getting back out there and experimneting..then report back your results and give us back your field tested experience..

good luck man and keep us posted!

I've been a gym member for a while just never really used it, lol. I'm not quite sure where my wheelhouse is since I've been out of the game for such a long time. I'm also in my mid 20s.

That's a great suggestion. I remember I did that one time, but wasn't as confident as I am now to wear it.

Funny enough, going through the divorce dropped me 10 pounds, which put me at my ideal weight for my height. I did pick up some more form fitting clothes, but only a couple outfits worth. I plan on getting more.

Do you have any specific ones in mind? I never attempted that before and I'm not sure where to start.
