    Hello from Beantown!!

    Hello Everyone,

BushidoBoston here, coming at you live from Boston!

I am a 21 yr. old college student, majoring in architecture and hopefully getting my foot in the door of real-estate investing.

I come from a huge martial arts background, I hold three different black belts, and decided I now want to improve another area of my life.

I have always been alright with women, but after reading "The Mystery Method" and "The Game", I realized what my sticking-points were and now want to evolve. Which by the way are:

    1) Severe approach anxiety
    2) Im short, which has created a psychological problem, in that most AMOG are taller, and therefore more imposing

I am looking for some wings in the Boston area to help push me through that first stage. If your interested hit me up.

    Thanks everyone.

    -Bushido

Nice to meet you I'm new here too but I noticed your sticking points I'm pretty much the same.

Out of interest how short are you? I'm 5'6 and my shortest friend is 5'11 while most waver around the 6'2 mark. It used to really bother me but now I'm actually happier to be shorter and since I've believed that its never been in my way. If you're confident enough you can put even the taller beefcakes on the back foot.

Martial arts are cool too, I do a bit of MMA myself its good for being more confident around AMOGs .

And yeah I have a serious problem with the initial approach too.

Haha yea Im actually the same height as you. Im 5'6".

Most of my friends are also around the 6' mark, so most of them overshadow me by quite some bit. I have a friend who is like 6'5" and I can tell you I definitely would never want to be that tall, he is just goofy and lanky.

Yea martial arts has helped, especially since I know I can take any AMOG.

But like I said my biggest problem is the approach, guess I just need that extra push you know.

    Bushido,
I just posted this on the other thread, Boston Area Wings.

    1. If you meet up with me a few times, I promise to have you over your AA, at least logically. That way, when you're on your own, at least you can consciously recognize that it is only in your head and that you actually possess the skill to approach.

    2. A short guy myself, I had a similar sticking point. Then I started pulling girls that were way taller than me. That helped me realize that being short is not an advantage or disadvantage when it comes to PU. It's just a limiting belief. I no longer have that sticking point, because I love the way I am!

    PM me if you'd like,

    e
