    Hey folks

    Hey guys.

I've just recently started getting interested in game. I'm 30 and it's like discovering a different way of looking at the world, well the social world anyway. I've been devouring literature like a beast.

The idea of daygame really appeals to me, though I have no objections to nightgame.
I've recently signed up for a bootcamp (in Feb). I want to get out in the field a fair bit in the lead-up so that I'm more aware of my sticking points.

I'm living just outside of Sydney at the moment so if there are any guys interested in playing in either Sydney or Newcastle I'm up for it whenever work allows.

I figure getting out there is going to be more fun if I do so with some folks who have similar goals. And if it isn't fun then what's the point, right?

OMG dude don't pay 1,000 dollars or more for a fricken bootcamp unless you're a millionare wtf are you thinking?? omg..... just stand inside of a Barns and Nobles in a section where you know what the books are, let's say you see a woman standing in front of the Cooking books section and casually walk up to her and talk about something related to that.... you are wasting valuable money that could be used towards dates...... *sigh* i may get banned for saying that on this forum.

Lol. And take advice from your broke next door neighbour on how to become a Billionaire!

Props for jumping straight into a bootcamp man. As soon as i found this world i did the same thing, in less then 12 months i was accepted into project rockstar and am now in a position where if i decide to i can begin the path to become an instructor.

If you are going to do something then you might as well do it right. Just make as many approaches as you possibly can. There are plenty of youtube videos to look at. Check out Nick Hoss' blog for daygame videos. Try going direct as much as possible. The bootcamp will blow your mind.

I'm not sure of many good, high traffic places to day game in Newcastle, but anywhere sydney city, bondi, manly, any shopping centre in sydney will be awesome.

That's interesting John that the only post you made on this entire forum was to tell him to move forward in wasting his hard earned money for a bootcamp that's only going to tell him to go out there and make cold approaches... I see a trend.

Well, a fool and his money are easily parted, who am I to stand in the way?

I'm not a hater at all, I was just trying to save the guy a buck. But hey if he's looking to blow 2 grand that's his business, maybe he's mostly looking for some sort of sense of belonging, meeting other people like him. Whatever the case, if you can bring some video/audio device with you I'd do it since you're basically paying for every word that comes out of their mouth you'd hate to forget some of it wouldn't you?

I'd still like to know how you were able to achieve your meteoric rise to PR in just under 12 months.
Can you share your journey with us John ?
