    Better late than never.

Hi. My name is Jeremy and completly new to the seduction community. I'm 34 years old and painfully shy. Since the age of 18 I've suffered from major depression and anxiety and I've never been very social with anyone. having traveled the world many times as a performing musician there have been many times where I could have acted on a situation but just let it pass. Today Is the day that I have decieded to get my life completly handled. For The first 21 to 30 days I'm changing my diet, starting to exercise and and soaking in as much information about interacting with women as possible to completly start to change my mindset. Can anyone recommend any good audio programs I can Listen to that would be a good start for learning all this stuff??

    J.

    Hello and welcome!

Remember, first of all, that a diet change may help your health over a 30 day period, but permanent changes to your eating habits is the only thing that will produce long term results. Yo-yo dieting was a persistent issue of mine, where I'd lose weight and look great and then pack it right back on a few weeks later. I'd hate to see that happen to you, so just a fair warning. If you have the money then the various programs or a personal fitness/nutrition instructor can be very beneficial.

As far as learning and applying material taught on the subject of seducing and building relationships with women, start with only one product. Read or listen to the product in its entirety (take notes while you listen if its an audio product), then hit the field and cold approach. Refer back to the product you bought regularly and work on your weak spots. i.e. Can you open a set well but not transition into a conversation?

Set a short term and long term goal for yourself and use these as your motivation. The short term can be something as simple as 3 phone numbers in a week and the long term can be multiple lays or a girlfriend (or two) depending on your desires. Don't overwhelm yourself with too high a target ("I'm going to lay 6 women this week") too soon, as it will only hurt you.

And lastly, the product that's earned my respect the most for getting new guys up to speed is Gunwitch's Way of the Gun audio program. It's a huge product over several CDs, but it provides a very specific step-by-step process to improve your interactions with women. The Way of the Gun program also receives a good review from me because it thoroughly covers all aspects of Game in detail.

Anyhow, I hope you've found this post helpful and good luck to you!
