    Hey man,
I live in Schaumburg to; however, as far as a wingman goes...I am an AFC. I just signed up and have finished about a half of "The Game". Would be nice to see what's been working for you, or anything else that may help me on the road to PUA status. Maybe shoot the shite over coffee?

    Taking Sexy Back - Chicago

Somebody left the key under the mat!!! ...and i've invaded your space and want IN! born female with the striking elegance to underscore this fact, however failing to conform to society's opinion of what that means. thrusting against grain, pushing envelopes, and poking "it" to see if something happens...thats me. joining you all because i am currently reading The Game and as i pull together my *wait for it* Woman's Version *gasp* of such a masterpiece, i am on here to be a sponge, while offering a woman's view (an alpha woman, mind you) , meeting wingmen to see you in action, and maaayyybe even dropping in to be an "unsuspecting" subject. i hope my stay is welcome; and i promise not to smear pink glittery warm-and-fuzzies throughout the community. (not my style) our goals are parallel... so lets learn from one another.
ok, now a ~normal~ intro. I am a 20-somethings female, living in Chicago; a career woman that always felt she had it all; and what she didnt have, she could get. Men were no exception. Well, then I was walking one day, head high in the clouds, i guess, and before i knew it, i fell... on love street. Whats worse is he was an average, nerdy-ish guy who I wasnt very attracted to in the beginning and even cancelled my 2nd date with him. But then something happened. This Joe Schmoe had me locked in. I was woman and not only did he hear me roar, but he saw me cry; he saw me reduced to a chick that fought for his affection.... it was something i had NEVER been before. my friends were baffled. my family were skeptics. they knew me to be the one who had the men running to catch up. no man, pro athlete, millionaire, broker, lawyer, model... NO ONE had ever gotten me this way and i couldnt understand what was happening to me. UNTIL.... i saw it! it was right there! on the middle shelf. A bible? cant be; he's agnostic. no. it was Neil's recipe! ...and my ex had become Chef Boyardee. The Game worked so divinely on me and immediately after reading the first few pages, I purchased a copy and was in awe at all the familiarity I found in what Style shared. there it was; the reason. i had been working on a book for a few months now, but i hadnt pinned my niche. but NOW, i think i have.... and i'm hoping this'll help me get there. fellas, i introduce to you InverseAttraction: the woman who will Take Sexy Back and toss it back into the hands of its rightful owners! Women!
I'm looking forward to the challenge...
(and a cure for my writer's block...)
    Thanks for having me,
    IA

P.S. i write ideas; my editors handle the grammatics... so be warned!

hey im wingless, i like what you are trying to do, although perhaps your mistaking that all men who read this book are out to hurt women or play them thats really not the case, im not trying to read in too much to your post but i hope thats not what you think. alot of people are on here to give themselves a chance to conquer their shyness and actually meet a girl. anyway if you want to make headway into the community just ask, and maybe i can guide you and possibly even change your perceptions and hey i cant chat you up at least because i live in the uk. i wud b willing to help you out because i think it might help women as much as the game has helped men!!

thanks for the reply. i do not think that, as i recognize that men face rejection every time they approach a woman; the same does not apply in reverse. I see that some men are really looking to reduce the likelihood of this occuring and/or handle it better if it does. although i'm sure my ex isnt the only man who used the book for experimental purposes. i feel a book like this for women will help women to recognize game, ways to accentuate their marketability, and cater to the things men value most (their egos) in order to maintain harmony and get what they want. the game is ALL about getting what you want by playing into what women like. my book will do the same for women. i'm hoping so.
uk is not beyond the stretch of messenger, so i'd love to chat further...

    Some Questions

Hey IA, let me begin by saying I am a little surpised that you developed such a strong reaction (to the point of wanting to write a book) to the discovery of "The Game" at your ex's place. The reason I said that is because, unlike men, women have had plenty of access to many many "systems" and "methods" and "advices" and "Q&A's" practically since the dawn of time from all the women magazines and columns out there. eg. "10 signs that he is a player.", "How to make him like you more." etc etc (Just the women's magazines in my dentist's reception area alone is practically an encyclopedic library on the subject matter and whever you go online MSN and Yahoo just do a search and you will see what I mean. lol)
We guys might be a little late in catching up in the "dating advice" market, but better late than never. I will be the first to acknowledge that we need to learn and be informed about dating and relationships just as much as women, and while I don't really give too much thought to women's dating columns when I came across them, I am also suprised at the negative reaction in some women out there upon their discovery of the same materials for guys.
After reading your post I can't help but wonder with all the materials women already have out there, is there really a need for yet another book in such a saturated market? I don't want to "burst your bubble" but I really doubt there're anything that hasn't been covered by some relationship experts out there already! (Of course you may have unique insights in the matter and I could be wrong after all!)
Oh and don't worry about the need to "take sexy back and toss it back into the hands of its rightful owners", it never left your hands.
Good luck with your book. You seem to be really motivated and I am very interested in hearing your thoughts.
