    Default Stress/Emotion Management

One stumbling block I have is being trapped in my head when I sarge. I am in an MBA program and during the tough periods my time is really limited. More importantly my emotions and stress levels are very high. Often, I can't take the emotions or stress from sarging and choose to try to relax for the night instead of approaching. (I'm still an aPUA and sarging is still a chore for me). However, the next day I feel guilty for not approaching and the slacking prolongs my learning curve. I'm sure many other students and professionals have dealt with this problem. I was hoping someone could offer me any tips they have used to manage stress and emotion levels. Also, learning of a way to put the school emotions/stress out of my head when I sarge would be tremendously helpful. Thanks to anyone that can shed some light on this for me!

Do some Yoga. Learn how to breath right and keep your back straight.
    imo.
    Seriously.

Thanks Swish36...Last semester I started going to an incredible donations based yoga studio near my apartment. I could see how doing 20 or 30 mins of yoga in my apartment before sarging would really bring focus and clarity. I'm definitely trying it this weekend. Thanks again.

Look into meditation and Stress/Anxiety relief hypnosis.

I get anxious about my personal problems and it interfere with my fun.

You have to struggle through initial "approaching anxiety" to actually have fun sarging.

Also consider opening and sarging as challenge; when you play sports, you don't think of it as a chore, you think of it as recreational hobby.

Want to know how I have made it through the last 3 and a half years of engineering school and 30-50 hour work weeks in one word.... Beer... and lots of it, with the occasional jack or soco to spice things up a bit....
