What kind of a response would be good when they verbalize the flirting? For instance, was flirting with this girl (obviously, too) and she came back with, are you flirting with me?
Seems like answering straight wouldn't be progressive, what would be a good response?

Fill blank in with somin she obviously displays... take it as a opportunity to neg.

Be creative I'd say this in a sarcastic way:

it depends on how she said it. If she said it angrily then I'd say "apparently not", if she said it happily I'd say "if you have to ask then I must not be doing it strong enough" and take her by the waist and pull her in, if she said it in a neutral tone I would make fun of her for talking in a neutral tone.

there's no right or wrong answer other than to be confident and congruent with yourself.
