Thread: making a cd for girl

I recently visited New York with a few buddies and stayed with a girl i know from college. I didnt get to far, but we made out one night and we both like each other. She hates country music and i love it, and i told her at the end of the summer when shes leaves new york and comes back to school that i would get her to like country. So im trying to make her a cd that i will send to new york and surprise her. I am going to throw a few country songs in but besides that i would appreciate any suggestions on any songs you guys think would be good. I have known this girl for around a year, but interest has just been recently sparked so i dont want the cd to be to lovey dovey, but i guess i want to send some sort of message, i just dont know what to include. Also, what would you guys write on the cd, like name or something clever, etc... Thanks for the help.

Making a girl a cd will not help until you are in comfort . You are not in comfort when you haven't seen her in months

True. dannym13 if you are genuinely contemplating sending her a mixed cd, that you personally laboured over, you might as well send her a poem to really consolidate the relationship as purely platonic. I'm sure you two will be really cute best friends.

That can only work if you're absolutely nails-on, 100% positive she adores you already and you're just being a little bitch about closing the deal with her.

A place you want to be with a girl in terms of a long-term, meaningful rapport, is where you can say whatever positive things you want and be as cheesy as you want and she accepts it as a component of you adoring her.

It's not that stuff like that doesn't work. It's just that 99% of the time it's used as a means to prove or beg for affection when the ideal meaning of the gift is merely as a celebration of your mutual feelings.

If a girl is into you then she'll accept/get into whatever you're into. Chicks are flexible and have a "people pleaser" tendancy. But she has to be into you first.
