London Bars

Hi guys. After a fruitless night wandering around Leicester Square looking for a good bar to go to, I realised that the tourists knew my city better than I did.

Ask me which parks are worth visiting and you'll probably wish you never had.

But when it comes to London nightlife I've always followed my friends and my powers of observation have usually failed me after 8 pints. So when I tried going out on my own, sober, to try out a few openers, I realised I had no idea where to go.

I'm trying to find some fun, large, bars to go. Preferably over two floors. Or a street with lots of them so I can bounce around them.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Well here's the catch, London is great, you just need a fuckload of money for it.

Oceana - Kingston or the upcoming Watford branch
Pangaea
Koko - Camden
Anon
Electric Ballroom - Camden
Batchwood Hall - St. Albans (Okay this may sound like a stupid suggestion if you go all the way there, but it's got good enough zones to isolate and hook up and it's pretty cheap. Also, I kinda work for them so it'd be rude for me not to put this up)
