College Bartenders, how to get number after IoI's?

I've read around the forums about bartenders and how not to sarge them but I'm from a college town and anything here IMO is free game. There's actually two bartenders....one from the club i go to and one from a bar I just went the other day.

Lets start with the HB10 at bar A. Bars get crowded here and I jokingly said "Jeez I didn't think I was going to ever get service" *smiling* She explains to me that it's only her 2nd day and she's getting better. She brings me back a quarter and sets it on the bar as i hold my hand out. I give her another glare like, "that's a no no" and she laughs and says "sorry sorry sorry hehe" Through the rest of the night, I was getting small looks from her and sometimes smiles. When I went back up to the bar to get a drink, she ran to me right away and asked what I needed. I actually got served by another bartender and told her that. I should have told her she was too slow again but didn't. Went I left, i gave her a big smile and talked to my friend on the way out. Anyway....I was thinking of asking her number through 30 min. date routine. (credit JohnnySop...i think) next time i go.

Club B has this smoking hot girl at the bar working every night I go. I go to this place often because there's always new beautiful girls. I met this girl when i was with another girl. I talked with a few HB10's around her too. I know the bartender and a bouncer in the club so I have big social proof around her. The first time I met her...i cut myself badly on something at the bar. I told her she owed me a beer because she didn't clean up well. This seemed pretty harsh at first and didn't work very well but i brought it up a few times after in the following weeks and she finally caved and gave me a free drink. I was joking the whole time...just being myself and not thinking much about her. Everytime I see her now after she gave me the drink, she gives me a big smile and waves and recently has been starting to joke with me. She seems to be giving some IoI's as well. (I've seen this girl work...she's gets in hardcore serious bartender mode ) I think i've broke the "bartender shield".

I was thinking of using the 30 min date with a little twist of my own. Anyone got any good ideas to get them out of bartender mode and get a number besides 30 min date?

Again, this is a college town so anything is pretty much free game. Tons of bars, tons of girls.
