somewhere down the road I messed up??

hey guys, I need some help on this. I'm pretty new to this game but I'm getting it quick plus I'm pretty average looking. anyways, my wingman and I went to this club around here last week, I saw this new waitress coming asking if we wanted to drink anything, so I said are you trying to get me drunk and take advantage of me? anyways she was touching my shirt I said whoa 5 dollars 5 dollars, shes smiling giving IOIs so she comes back later I ignore her she comes up to me asking me some question I forgot since it was a week ago I negged her more. at the end I tried to number close but I don't think I talked enough to her but she smiled and what not when I left.

So tonight we went again and she comes up smiling and I say did you come over here just to flirt with me? and then ignored her she talked to my friend! Whenever she walked by she pushes me a little, looking, you know those things they do when they are interested!
So later she comes again asking what nationality I am cause we have accents bla bla. I cut her off and say something else. I mean I know she was digging me I could tell IOIs everywhere. at the end I thought I would increase my value a little by dancing with some girls and talking to them, I wasn't into them but I negged them as well and what not at the end this one girl wanted my number so I gave it to her, and then this other one I danced with I met earlier in the club gave me her number as well, and the waitress walks by the whole time looking at me, like she was jealous or something, the one I danced with isn't bad but more like a HB7 the waitress about a HB9.

So at the end I go up to her and she saying like oh you can do better when she saw me, I say oh I felt bad for her, but we need to hang out outside of this club, give me your number, she said no I don't know blah blah you had your chance last week, and what not, I said something like I had to get to know you a little first I'm not that easy, plus who knows maybe your some predator. I said write it down on a paper...but I didn't get the number. I was sure I would thats why I asked. and my friends wanted to leave so I just left the set and went out shes saying byeeeeeeeeee I didn't even turn.

Any help where I did wrong, or if there is something I can fix next time I see her?

oh yeh what should I do next time? I thought about neging her a little more and then give her a little paper that says, your cool call me 555-555-5555
