Reality Distortion Field

Been reading a lot about Steve Jobs lately. He is well known for having a "reality distortion field" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reality_distortion_field) where he can suck people into his reality vs. being a part of theirs. Obviously this would be a helpful thing to have in a social setting. I'd love to hear suggestions as to how best to develop this. Or books, training, etc. on the topic.

Become an entrepreneur. He gets to kind of make his own reality. If he says "Let there be iPhone" it happens. An entrepreneurial leader has all kinds of power over the aspirations and self-worth of those who work for him, especially young and impressionable. It's heady shit, and the entrepreneurial stuff translates into great game.
