Just make sure -
You're not fumbling with the condom. Do a test run with one. It turns out a lot of guys haven't put on a condom until it was their first time.
Pull out with the condom on. You always run risk of them breaking. There have been times I thought they broke and they didn't. There were also times I thought they broke and they did. I really couldn't tell the difference. And stop. It's not worth continuing with it because it feels good.
Foreplay is not like the porn movies... take it easy, take it slow, and go with intuition. There's a lot of "how to" online.
To you it might be a big deal, but at the time, don't think about it being anything more or less than what any animal does.
If the first time goes fast, don't be bummed out. Hit the shower, come back, and mess around with her. By the time she's (hopefully) having her orgasm, you'll be ready for round 2. Even if that goes fast, wash up (or have a box of wet wipes handy) , come back, and continue messing around.
My first time was 2 times in the night and once in the morning, and a lot of foreplay,after play, showering together, towels, water, jelly, condoms, and wet wipes. She was doing her "bucket list" of sex experiences, and fortunately for me, she was looking to have sex with a virgin.
Your question about inserting, it doesn't hurt to have flavored lube handy. The wetter she is, the easier it is. You might need to guide it in, but just rub it up against her a few times with your hand holding it, then slowly sliding it in until you're in there.
