It has nothing to do with her mood, you're too rough.
Start by making out a lot and then rub her over underwear, rather then sticking your fingers right in.. then when you can feel her wetness, then you can stick your hand right in. Sometimes girls can make out and they dont automatically get wet.

Sounds like you're rushing into it. Take it slower. Make out. Tease her. Take your time, caress AROUND the sweet spot without entering it. Tell her what you're going to do to her. Make ure she's well and truly wet before you're trying to slide your fingers in.

Ok I'm not going to go over my credentials here but I'll give you my opinion. This is pretty common. The head of a woman's clitoris contains twice (2x) as many nerve endings as your entire penis...so imagine how sensitive that is. Add to that some women are just more sensitive than others and you can see that each pussy requires something different. Perhaps direct stimulation is too much, try rubbing her clit through it's little hood and not directly...I've found with girls who are particularily sensitive if you lick your finger and get it really slippery you just go around the head of her clit and don't actually touch it. My guess is that the area is too dry, imagine having a rough dry hand on the head of your dick...but twice as sensitive. Light touch, lots of lube. Use your tongue or try blowing gently. That one is one of my favourites. Something else I've done in the past is to simply ask a girl what she likes...if she answers "I don't know" then get her to touch herself for you and just watch what she does. If you can handle watching a girl masturbate and not lose a load in your jeans this can really show you what she likes.
