Frist i would recomend kissing her neck and very very gently biting her ear lobes do this before you go anywere near down south. this will arouse her majorly and hopefully relax her enough so that when you do go down south there wont be any problems. then move your hands to her breasts at first focus on the nipple then expand to the entire breast.

First get her warmed up as stated above. Rub her on the outside of her panties for a minute. Get her panties off. it will be uncomfortable for you both if they are on. Once they are off, rub up and down with your middle finger slowly. not much pressure at all.

i agree with cagalindo, if you're doing it right then her back will arch a little
