Since MOST of us are guys here,
and also assuming that MOST of you crank it, has game affected how many times you do so?

I tried going an entire 30 DAYS without doing it, I made it to the 2 week point;

I wrote a post about it, but I personally believe the more the better...

Thinking about girls more, picturing them naked, visualizing what I want to do to them, etc have always done nothing but increase my overall libido while also decreasing my neediness.

You learn a lot by masterbating, and gain a lot of mastery over yourself over time. I could not have learned to be multi orgasmic, the E technique, or how to prolong an orgasm without lots of practice masterbating.
