problem, girl very hot/cold phone/person

Okay, so this girl seems to be calling/texting all the time receently whens she drinking/drunk. I text her during the day as well, but it usually flaky with hanging out. Then every few days or so i get a call at one or two in the morning and she's like i miss you, we need to hang out, call me, what are you doing all this stuff. Any ideas??

I say try to set things up, and if she flakes then you need to just forget all about her.

Some girls just like to know that they have the option, even if they dont have any intentions on ever actually doing it.
