I was wondering if anyone had any techniques to build comfort and progress the intermacy using cold reading of fantasies?

ive been reading this sex book that lists the top sexual fantasies women have, and it made me wonder if using some form of cold reading, i could exploit this knowledge to lead the conversation and intesify things?
