So guys, a girl is coming over and I want to know if you think this is good way of going about it - As soon as she comes to my bedroom (romantic songs in the background) we start making out or should we get physical after like 30 minutes so she feels comfortable? ( Keep in mind she is coming over to get physical...we kind of agreed on that : ) Yeah and we never really kissed before but we shared a lot of great kino..She told me that she wont get intimate around people.

I would suggest making her comfortable before making out. Girls take longer to get aroused than guys, and much of that arousal comes from the brain. Take those 30 minutes to remind her why she became attracted to you and to build extra comfort for a smooth transition into the S phase.
