let me ask you a question, do you just go around thinking wow I would love to eat this girl out? probably not. As far as oral sex is concerned, its not that easy to just get a girl to give it out. put yourself in her shoes (and no not those heels that you love) You pretty much have to get her so attracted to you that she will do anything to get you to fuck her before she'll just up and do it. superb post!!! to have a follow-up on that, you dont wait until she does do that (kiss you) most of the time they will start laughing when you say it in the right way and especially with the right voicetone...
