I'm falling back into LJBF, help!

I use some game to a degree of success. I ended up getting laid, and it seemed like we both had a great time. We've been spending time together, and we haven't been intimate since the first time. Not even kissing. The most is cuddling.

I have a theory, tell me if this sounds right: Once we got into the relationship (if it is one). I became a little clingy. Probably called too much, probably texted too much, and probably made her the prize. How do I tell her I want to be closer without making her the prize. An additional problem: a roomie of mine is attracted to her. I fear that if I'm not with her.. he's moving in on her, and I'm probably right... So my dilemma: do I just let him spin his game without my intervention... or do I try and invite myself into the conversation (which would deffinately be a DHV)

If this goes on any longer... LJBF is right around the corner and my roomie might steal the prize! What should I do?
