You can try mini-freezouts... Those work for me usually to overcome LMR.
What you do is turn her on enough (do the 2 steps forward, one step back) that her logic leaves her. There are threads on how to do this, so I'm not gonna go into detail here. Then if she still gives you resistance after doing the 2 steps forward and one step back method, do a mini-freezout and temporarily take it away by talking to her or showing negative body language.
If you do a good job of turning her on, she WILL want sex.
As for the commitment issue after sex, dont focus on it until afterwards. Deal with the present now and not the future. Get the sex then decide what you want to do. It sounds harsh, but thats what you have to do.
