Healthy Sleep I ordered a free copy of sound magazine and found
this book out of many to be the most useful looking
book.
It is written byAndrew Weil, M.D. and Rubin Naiman PH.D.
It's 2 CD's worth 2 and 1/2 hours.
I think we all need better sleep and this book promises that and more.
Has anyone read it?
