Is the Social Circle Mastery seminar aimed primarily at people who already have a good social network? Or is it of use to people who want to create a social circle from scratch?

I'm in my 30s and many of my friends are married or in long term relationships. I do struggle to create social opportunities for myself. Over the past couple of months I've been going out with guys from the community and doing cold approaches. Its been fun and I've learnt a lot about myself. But I'm coming around to the conclusion that I'm happier in more intimate settings. I would rather meet a woman at a house party or social gathering than in a club. Unfortunately, these opportunities seldomly occur.

Would this seminar be of use to someone like me?
