Work Training = PUA Moving In on LTR

Hey guys,

I haven't posted in awhile however I have been reading. There have been some real gems lately. TrueStory, loved the post and the replies. sdnightfly, always something new to learn from you in your posts. Many of you on here have the experience that really help us out.

Moving on, my LTR of 9 months is now a being trained a local resturant for the next 6 weeks, 4 hours per week, from one of the bartenders that she says is constantly hitting on her. I play it off, act indifferent, however, he is older and seems to have the PUA mentality from what I hear. He wants to do the training at his house, will come in during her shift just to eat in her section, and will game her at work 24/7 (as any PUA would).

I am trying to think of a way to set my boundries without coming off as needy or insecure about the situation. What I don't want is to avoid the situation all together and have it bite me in the ass. I do travel on and off throughout the months so at times she can feel lonely and vunerable. I know she is looking for my reaction or atleast my opinion on the matter....

She will be gone if she cheats, she knows this, and I will move on but I want to try to keep her around. I would really appreciate insights on the situation or any past experiences you guys have had. Thank you in advance for your replies.

She told you that she's being hit on...that's good.

Just drop in every now and then for a drink. Be cool with him and say "we should all get together and hang out after you close down... you must know some good places to get really good drinks, where's the "go to" place that bartenders go?"

I'd also comment on his looks and age, but not insulting him... "must be a great for a guy your age to be around girls that are pretty hot." How old is he?

I've always dropped in at where gfs work for lunch or one reason or other. With this being a restaurant, you're free to drop in any time you want.

If you drop subtle hints that she tells you everything going on at work, he should back off.

Women have to deal with guys at work like this, and some guys just want their ego fed that they could get girls like that, that they still "have it".

I don't act indifferent. I'll joke about it, maybe, but enough for her to get that there's something I don't like.
