Here's what I would do:
Not call her back. Not even the next day. Wait until she calls you back.
I would answer the phone with short, cold responses. Like, "Hi". And, to "how are you doing?", "Good."
She should get the hint and apologize for the day before or whatever.
If she didn't, I'd likely bring it up, but would try not to get audibly upset by it.
I'm not saying this is a textbook response, it's just what I'd probably do.
