I met this girl about 2 years ago... we were always just 'friends' cause she had her first bf of 3 years and was scared to leave him....
Anyways, they broke up a few months back. I seen my oppy. To step in, so we got together about 1 month ago. I fell in love with her, and her with me(but I think I fell harder than she did)...
So she tells me last night she's moving to san diego from riverside. Riverside was always kind of out of the way for me anyways, but she was worth the half hour drive....but noow she's moving to san diego, and I really don't want to lose her, I've never met a girl like this! She's wonderful. I love everything about her....
My question is, should I try to LDR?....or just break up with her?....

San diego from my house is about a 2 hour drive....I figure I could go once a month maybe twice....if I need to....

Also, should I be the one to bring it up?....or should I just get her feelings on wether or not she wants to be single while she's out there....

Ooh yea, by the way.....she's only going to be in san diego about 8 months for school....the class is only about 6 months....but 2 months of leway....so its not permenant....it just feels that way....thanx guys

LDR's rarely work, especially when a girl goes to the big city and discovers all thses new boys...Dont bring it up, remain non needy and you will still be able to sleep with her at your disposal..

When she moves back you might be able to start a LTR then!

Everyone here will tell you it wont work.. and i think it will be hard for a long period but 6-8 months is NOTHING especially if you can commit to seeing her twice a month...if you really dig her, go for it.

As far as who should bring it up.. say.. "Im open to LD with you, coz you're pretty awesome, but if you want to break up and see what else is out there then thats cool with me too".. say it in a nice calm tone as if tho you dont really care what the outcome of it is.
