How? Reframe the fucking conversation to your and her needs! You don't lead the conversation by then, she is talking about boring nonsense! Does it fucking interest you what losers begged for her vagina? No!
What are your and her need? Fun! Interesting, cultivating, multithreading convos!
How do I do that? I tell you! Memorize this: Whenever she tells you something about an AFC trying to pick her up or an Ex trying to get back or whatever hundredthousand stories they have, you just listen to the first one, cause you know immediatly what story it is. After they finished, mostly there is a slight pause (half, to a second), they wait for you to affirm (oh, yeah, they are such losers blablabla). That pause gives you a chance to lead the convo again. What do you say? Say this: "Oh yeah, that reminds me of..." and tell a hilarious, emotional, captivating or/and deep story.
By the time you finished (2-3minutes). They forgot about their Low-Value-Men. They want to hear more of your shit.
