Nothing big here, but more or less, when you find out things about girls that aren't your "typical" things, you have to reward them for that. This is what qualification is about, and you don't have to go through the attraction phase to do this. If a girl is talking about herself to you, especially if she's describing her qualities.. she's essentially trying to gain rapport with you. This is one thing I've noticed inside
social circle groups (which is where I largely work with...) is that you generally can just jump right into the reward cycle while perhaps intermixing some slight teasing and flirting.
Now, with that said... not saying this is a magic pill, but something I started saying randomly, and have started using it more and more is simply saying "that's a really attractive quality"
Girls LOVE this. It's not creepy, and it's not necessarily even hitting on her, but it lets the girl know that there is something you find in her that is attractive, doesn't have to do with her looks, and is in some way unique to her.
