Qualifying an Extrovert?

Gentlemen,
I love outgoing girls......Uhmmm, I mean after they qualify themselves to me.... So what would be a unique:.......I love a girl who is outgoing; What is the most outgoing something, blah-blah... What should I use to fill in those blanks?
*I thought about: Do you have a myspace? How many friends do you have on it? But, I know I will need a contingency plan in case she doesn't have one......Suggestions on qualifying outgoing hizzies?

or maybe "a girl that knows what she wants" "girl that commands attention", Etc...
