problem increasing sex tention in qualifying

Hi Lads,

Just read MR M’s report on qualifying and I need some advice on how to increase the sexual tension. I OK with the A1 & A2 Keno, but always have a problem increasing the ST which usually results I me falling back into LJBF zone one more. I currently have 2 HB 6/7 on the go and don't want to end up back in the LJBF zone one more. So are there some easy steps to brake through this problem.
