How do I turn desired qualities into questions?

Been reading Magic Bullets for a few days now (about a chapter or two a day) and I just finished with the chapter on Qualification the other day. (I plan on going back and re-reading each chapter as I attempt to master each given phase).

My question is this: I was able to make a list of desired qualities, but I have no idea how to turn some of them into questions.

No one has any idea how to turn these into qualification questions?

1. use firefox for spellcheck
2. i'll do the first one. loyalty. say "my puppy/little sister/cousin/whatever does nothing but follow me around all day. youre not going to do the same are you?" listen to what she says. if she doesn't give you what you want, say "i bet you followed your big sister/brother/mom/dad around," then ask when the last time she talked to them was...if she says yesterday/this week/last month you can tell how loyal she is and then you can neg her by saying "you really are needy" if she says something like she talks to her mom/dad/brother/siamesetwin constantly.

The key to questions like that is knowing what answers you want to hear. They are so open that their really is no wrong response. Try tailoring the question to the response you want, then worry about their answers.
