C&F in A3, C1...?

I know we don't NEG in A3, C1. We do IODs and take-aways if she IODs. But what about C&F. Not hard, but light C&F. Is it ok or damaging during A3, C1?

you can run C&F in all phases but you want to use it sparingly in qualification and comfort. It's not damaging but you don't want to overdue it in any phase.
